How Can I Get Approved From Admin

How can i get approved from admin for hosting activate hosting account ?

i'm activating my shoting account but the message shown like this

You are suppposed to get approved for Hosting by ADMINISTRATORs.kplow

Then, what i need to do ?

Hosting Accounts no longer require approval by Admin. That was under the old Credit System.
Instead, use your XistoDollars and your Billing Account to arrange your Hosting Account.

No, the Account needs to be set-up by a Suport Tech. Don't re-apply.There is a Manual step which needs to be done for the Account Set up. It is not completely automatic. Patience, please.

If you already ordered one in the billing area, then all you need to do is wait for confirmation. It's not an instant set-up that occurs when placing an order.
I'm not entirely sure where you received the message you posted in this topic, nor do i know what a "shoting account" is, but if you received the message in the forum, then it has already been addressed. If you received it in the billing area (though i don't know where one can receive that message in there), then it's probably due to what i previously mentioned, that it's not an instant set-up.

So you are ready to start your website. I didn't understand your question what I have to do next? Does it means you don't know how to upload your website to your remote hosting account? If so login to your CPanel and go to File Manager.

Put your website into www or public_html folder. If this is not what you want or need any further help......please post your questions clearly... :)

i thought i need to create hosting account at http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ after received message sent by xisto that tell me my account is ready.

So, i no need to do so ? Just login to Cpanel and upload website ?

But i can't login to my Cpanel even my webpage. Can you tell me what happened ?

Am i need to do something in order to activate my Cpanel and my webpage ?

No, you need to use the information provided in the email to access your FTP or Cpanel to upload the account.

DO NO USE the "manage" account link you quote. That is for the old system.

Once you have received the email with all the account information, you will be able to upload your files and present your site to the world. Enjoy!

Yes. You can directly login to your cpanel and upload your site. And forget about https://support.xisto.com/. Just upload your site through the file manager in CPanel or through the FTP to the www as I suggested above. :)

 

Edit:

Login to your cpanel through Login to your cpanel and enter your CPanel username and password there...

Check your firewall settings if you have any. Your firewall should allow your browser to access port 2082. If still facing problem post the error you are getting.

I already set my firewall setting but still can not access to my Cpanel ! Page can not display !

Can you help me check my account ?

Oh then please submit a support ticket. May be your ip is blocked. They'll help you. Before that clear all cookies and delete browsers cache and try again once. I am getting a response from your site. So no problem with the site.
