Im Actually Think About Putting On Weight!

i just decided recently to add a few more kilos to my skinny body! im now on a program thats giving me 2.5kg every week of muscle!

Can you pl tell me what are you eating and what are the exercises you are doing.Are you doing light weight exercise or heavy weight exercise because your progress rate is too fast.In short can you tell us abt your program in short and it's affect on you till this time it could be vary help full.
