FreedomOverdose 0 Report post Posted October 3, 2008 hey everyone. I just bought a new domain and set it's nameservers to ns1 and ns2.trap17.com . What should I do next in order to make my domain work and go to frover.trap17.com/qyfyre.com? thanks in advance, Aleksander
Saint_Michael 3 Report post Posted October 3, 2008 your name servers need to be pointed at ns.computinghost.com and ns2.computinghost.com the Xisto name servers are no longer valid.

Saint_Michael 3 Report post Posted October 3, 2008 Like I mentioned in my above post you want ns.computinghost.com and ns2.computinghost.com and then just wait for the name servers to propagate and your TLD will be up and running.
FreedomOverdose 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2008 yeah, but how can I actually make it redirect to my site?
xpress 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2008 (edited) After pointing your name servers goto parked domains in your CPanel of your hosting account and add your new domain there. And wait for sometime to let them update throughout the internet(usually up to 48hrs or less). Edited October 4, 2008 by xpress (see edit history)
FreedomOverdose 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2008 I solved it up with addon domain, but unfortunately, as you can see here: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ the image on "Foto e rastesishme" it's not showing . It loads correctly though with frover.trap17.com/qyfyre.com
jlhaslip 4 Report post Posted October 4, 2008 <img height="100" width="109" alt="politika.jpg" src="/qyfyre.com//images/stories/Funny Thumbs/politika.jpg"/>Seems to have an extra 'slash' in there. Might be the problem. Also, the domain seems to re-direct to the sub-domain of Xisto. When I go to http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/, the address bar displays frover.trap17.com/qyfyre.comI am not a Joomla coder, so I am not sure where to continue debugging the issue. Sorry. FreedomOverdose 0 Report post Posted October 4, 2008 but it loads correctly with frover.trap17.com/qyfyre.com, so the problem is not on joomla
