I Cant Log In To Cpanel I get Unable to connect page

I am trying to get ot my cpannel but it won't let me connect. I am using Firefox, I cleaned out my cashe and my cookies.

I go ot http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ and i get a page with this message:

Unable to connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at racuria.trap17.com:2082.

Are you getting to the User Name / Password screen. We need more details than what you provide. When and where in the process does it fail?

nope, nothing but that screen there, It doesn't even go to the login screen

I type in the url, it redirects to http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ and then it stays loading for a while and fails with that error screen.

What is the name of your sub-domain? Mysite?
If the sub-domain name is not correct, the error would be expected.

When I try http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ I get the password screen???

yes its racuria.trap17.com and i turned off all omy popup blockers and even tried opening it in IE Explorer but got the same results
