Confirmation Code For Registration Users Why a confirmation code doesnt show on non-subsilver templates?

So yeah like the title states, I'm using this other template (fi subgreen) and for some reason when I go on the registration page of my forum it won't show the confirmation code. Is there something specific I'm supposed to edit to show this? Let me know the specifics please. I appreciate it, thanks.
