To tell the truth, i don't like it much either, it is too cartoony. Too wintery. I have now found out how to split a face in 3ds max, i have also succesffully created a cool lcd screen. I messed around with swift3d v4, truespace 6 and strat before so getting used to 3ds max went quickly now. I think thath, being able to create 3d objects that i could make my logos a lot better!

I'm just sticking with photoshop for now. I also can't afford to buy 3ds max or anything anyway, and blender looks too difficult to learn. (I tried for 6 hours and gave up.) Was that logo (the most recent one) done in ps?

Yes it was, blender is difficult, so is 3ds max but after working with different programs i know the basic functions. Ps is easy and i want to start 3d.

PS is easy to learn but impossible to master. Well, you can learn things, but you never really master it. For example, I'm just now learning the ability that the lighting effects filter has when combined with layer masks that have been gaussian blurred a little bit.
