REALLY good info about daily consumption and things about things you can or cannot do when eating.

You can calculate your calories, tell what you can eat and it says what you should or shouldn't eat. Fun stuff.

No disrespect to your site intended but this is a better tracker to keep track of your food. I used to use mypyrmaid but with the down times and page errors I switched to fitday.com also another good site to calculate the nutrition value of food http://nutritiondata.self.com/
