googlue 0 Report post Posted November 30, 2004 88x31 pixels is a button, not banner FYI.I use photoshop for doing that and it is really easy and sophisticated. But Paintshop Pro is also supposed to be good.If you are looking for a free proggy, try GIMP. Search on googlue about GIMP and you will get it.Good luck. If you want to make a Flash banner and not familiar with Flash, then I'd recommend SwishMax for u, its real easy to use, You just download the software from http://www.swishmax.com/rg-erdr.php?_rpo=t , and start making your banner, The affects are already in there, you just choose the ones that u want to use, and thats it, It does everything else for u.
