mvwi 0 Report post Posted January 2, 2007 I was editing a few of the pages that are part of my website and I noticed that the word "Banks" doesn't display properly. Rather than the word "Banks", I see B____. Do you know what's happening here? Is there something wrong with my coding? fffanatics 0 Report post Posted January 2, 2007 Well in the HTML code it shows up with the underscores. The question we you to answer is how are you getting the information into the HTML file because it looks like it is pulled or generated elsewhere (unless you really like typing). Let us know because it could be a problem with the software. The quick fix could be opening the html file in a text editor and just do a query replace. I typed the HTML code myself but I've been copy and pasting it when I make edits in a text editor. The thing still strikes as odd. How exactly do you perform a query replace? mvwi 0 Report post Posted January 9, 2007 The issue seems to be resolved because I cannot find the exact symptom. Please update us, or at least the screenshot, with your situation. Otherwise, this topic will close in few days. The problem was resolved but I'm having it again. Only thing I don't like about opening the HTML in a text editor is I don't like the HTML code shows up but I guess I don't have a choice.
