I Can Not Create Mysql Databases In Control Panel Using Phpmyadmin Phpmyadmin says i dont have permissions to create databases

I went to phpmyadmin script a few minutes ago and i could not create a database.Since it says there on my control panel that i have unlimited mysql databases, plus i am using only a couple of databases, please respond and fix this, please.

It seems like the MySQL server is down, it hasnt been working for a few hours today already... You just have to wait till it gets fixed I guess, sorry

I cant access my databases at the moment, & when I load my site I get

SQL went down due to too many connections at once. I'm not sure what the result will be after reading the error message but the basic problem was that too many connection => looks like hacking => shut it down.Please when making your own SQL code that you check and double check before testing. This will solve many SQL downtime issues.Check your SQL management now and get back to me if it's not working.Topic closed.
