Excellent Free Website Templates

Excellent find my friend. Every once in a while I make a new website for something or another. I usually spend a half hour or so looking for a template I like and edit it to my needs. Sometimes though you have to be careful with what site you pick. Most now-a-days come with a PSD for you to edit with is awesome but if they don't it can be a pain in the rear to edit the pictures manually so that is one thing to look out for. But other than that great site. Might use it sometime soon.

If you already have your own designs (header,
buttons/bullets/divider/footer banner) then just
download some CSS templates. Google for CSS
templates.

Or just Google for FREE VECTORS.

I have been browsing for such templates for a long time and I found Templates Box to be one of the better ones, and some of their templates include PSD formats.

What's really funny is I was on that link today and coincidentally i come on here and find it, I downloaded a few of them and hope I can edit them to perfection. So far I've edited the images and information, just have to edit the links now and then It'll be read to be put up.
