You might be able to download the book online for free actually I believe. I can't remember what the site is though I might have to get back to you. I found it very useful, maybe it will help you too. http://www.mudmall.com/other/CSS_Tutorial.zip Just unzip the files using the save folder info option so the files go in their correct folders.
