in the name of GODhi and hello! i am looking for a japanese animein this cartoon , it's story of a school that learners all are Bald!and that is a boy is very very intelligent, it's name is (somthing like this) " ee kiu san "and an samurai is his friend and he is named (somthing like this) " Shinseh "this cartoon is very very old and i am watch that when i am just a kid! :Phelp me find this anime's name (in english) .

Try describing an episode that you can remember, because the word "shinseh" or sensei means a master or a teacher. It's too generic or common for just about all anime. "ee kiu san" means Mr. ee kiu or ee kiu sir. We have few anime enthusiasts here in the forum. Maybe they'll recall something when you can provide more information.
