If you said you wanted a domain, you point the nameservers to ns1.trap17.com and ns2.trap17.com If you have a sub domain it should work. Make sure your log in info is correct and everything else. To log into the cpanel go to http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/

This might be of some assistance to you: http://forums.xisto.com/topic/24588-for-those-who-cannot-wait-for-dns-propagation-dns-propagation-takes-time/&
It discusses how to affect your computer finding the right domain before the actual propagation takes place.

oke i managed to find where is my site and where is cpanel.. and i forwared my domain to that site...
it is http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ or http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/
and cpanel is on http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/

and i seteup ns1.trap17.com and ns2.trap17.com at my domain... and i can go from http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ to http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/

BUT my domain is not like it should be... i cant explaint that...
simply if you go to http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ as you see i would like it to be... 'normal' and show something like http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/? bla bla

i have setup domain forward and name servers yesterday, so should i wait or ?

I do not see your point since you went all that trouble for nothing, in my opinion.

Once you successfully change your nameserver AND properly propagated through out the internet, your site will be functioning perfectly. You DO NOT need to add forwarding URL address or set certain external address to access your cPanel. Simply you can access your cPanel via yourSite.com/cPanel

So get rid of your URL forwarding and redirecting. The only thing you should've changed is your nameserver information.

Checking your nameserver, you changed it yesterday (Dec 4, 2005). It takes about 24~72 hours for webservers to propagate your changed information. Once that is complete, your URL and hosting will work perfectly.

Have patience and wait until it does.

I have a Subdomain and when I try to log on with my info I get a message that says Login attempt failed.
....
I kept trying and then I got through somehow and it was working great then when I restart my computer and try to get back on it starts saying Login Failed
....
I waited and came back after a while and then I logged in and it worked then after a while my ftp started to act up. I dont know what going on.
