Hiaito 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2005 I don't have the hack for it, or either it needs to be enabled for users and not just moderators. Users should be able to edit their own posts, like if they left something out, or mis spelled something or made a grammar mistake. I'd like some feedback. Ryo 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2005 I agree with Hiaito. I just had to send two error reports to the moderator for two tiny spelling errors that I made. An edit button would be helpful and might even lighten the load for moderators.
BordaForx 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2005 Yeah, sometimes, we just forget to put in quote tags, we should be able to edit it. We shouldn't be able to edit everybody's post, just ours.
Hiaito 0 Report post Posted October 9, 2005 The staff has disabled it for one reason or the other, but in every other forum (Invision, phpbb, v-Bullitin, etc) has an edit button. I believe this forum was hosted by InvisionFree; IPS.
