Make them in Fable Graphics? Please be more specific.

To put it in your sig, just go to your "My Controls", and on the left, under Personal Profile, click on "Edit Signature". And add this:

You mean you cannot add to your signature? You first need to save the signature you want to your place: either in your hosting or use free image hosting place such as ImageShack or PhotoBucket. Upload the picture and it will provide you with an image link. Add that link to your signature place. Add and preview to see if it's working properly.
