You could try ebaumsworld.com....Also, you could try making your own funny videos because there are a lot of similar videos floating around the web, so you could get loads of visitors if you offer original content.

http://www.bahb.net/ is good for games, funny videos, and wasting time. Another is http://www.entensity.net/ (has adult content) but both are great for funny and entertaining videos

The bored.com is like a portal or a directory with lots of links and other stuff.. u can spend a lot of time there...
