    Buttermilk Herb Dressing

    3/4 cup buttermilk

    1/2 cup miracle whip

    1/4 cup sour cream or plain yogurt

    1 teaspoon dried parsley

    1 teaspoon italian dressing

    3/4 teaspoon onion powder

    3/4 teaspoon garlic powder

    1/4 teaspoon salt

    1/4 teaspoon black pepper



    Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and stick in the fridge :)


    You can also use the said ingredients above, and replace the garlic and onion powder and put in 4 ounces of crumbled blue cheese, and it will become Blue Cheese Dressing



    Honey Dijon Dressing

    3/4 cup sour cream or plain yogurt1/4 cup Dijon mustard

    1/4 cup honey

    1 tablespoon cider vinegar


    Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and stick in the fridge


    1000 Island Dressing

    3/4 cup Miracle Whip

    1/4 cup ketchup

    1/4 cup sweet pickle relish

    1 hard-boiled egg, diced


    Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and stick in the fridge

    2/3 cup olive oil

    1/3 cup red wine vinegar

    1 tablespoon italian seasoning

    1 tespoon sugar

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    combine ingredients in a jar (make sure it has a lid XD) use immediately or store in fridge.. allow to stand 30 min in room temp for 30 minutes and shake well if it has been refridgearated

Add everything else (except the dressing) drizzle the Greek Vinaigrette over it and toss to coatCaesar Salad1 head romaine lettuce, ribs removed and rinsed and torn into bite sized pieces1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice1/4 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon anchovy paste1/2 teaspoons minced garlic2 teaspoons Dijon mustard1 hard boiled egg yolk mashed1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup parmesan cheese2 cups seasoned crutons (recipe below)Place romaine lettuce in a large bowl. drizzle with lemon juice and toss lightlyIn a small bowl combine anchovy paste and minced garlic mash together with a fork. Stir in mustard and mix welll stir in the mashed yolk and mix again Whisk in the olive oil slowly untill fully coveredput in you dressing of your choice and sprinkle cheese and toss top eith the crutons and serveSeasoned Crutons1 tablespoon butter/canola oil blend1 baguette or rustic bread cut it into 2 inch cubes2 tablespoons olive oil1 tespoon italian seasoning1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon onion powder1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 tespoon black pepperPreheat oven to 375. coat a baking sheet with veg. spraymelt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. add bread cubes and drizzle with olive oil. sprinkle with seasoning and toss to coat. spread the cubes in a single layer in baking sheetbake 10 minutes, stir crutons and bake another 5 to 10 minutes untill golden and crispyCool to room tempNext to come, some great sweets :)

  15. What you'll need1 lb lean ground beef1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs**1/3 cup water1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese1 tsp garlic powderPreparing the mealMix all ingredients together. Mixture should be moist but not so much that the meatballs fall apart.Shape meatballs to desired size and place on a hot skillet with some xtra virgin olive oil simmering in the bottom. Fry until outside is slightly brown on one side and then turn and fry the other side. When the meatballs are finished, add to spaghetti sauce and simmer at least 20 minutes. **You may not use all of this water, just slowly pour into the mixture until the right consistency is met


  16. You can buy pita bread at several different super markets, I'm not sure what ones you have where your from, but If there is a Wal-Mart there you can find the pita bread with the tortilla shells, which are usually on the bread isle of the store. That would be the first place I would look ^_^
