Maybe that's corrupted system files. Try doing on cmd "sfc /scannow" to check for system errors and repair them. Then delete ALL instances of messenger and re-try. if not, just use Pidgin, aMSN, Web Messenger or MSN Messenger 4.0.

Firefox. When I started using the internet, I've always seen that IE was slow and just put your net slower than it was, at least IE3, 4, 5, etc did. Until I found Mozilla and tried it. The alphas were great but at the time I prefered my PC with full programs and thinking it could be a virus, I deleted it. I started to see lots of good critiques and I downloaded Mozilla 1.0. It had an awesome download manager and my net was on it's speed finally, downloads faster, etc. I upgraded all versions until 3.5.2 I think. Website authentications are all *swearing* and sometimes it just accepts it automatically if I ever write anything and most of the times it just shows up a blank page. This issue is worse on linked images, as if I click an image with a link, the same blank pages appear and I'm sure the website is okay as if I try in IE, it works.Still, Mozilla is way better.

It'll not really take a long time. You can use IconTweaker and get some sexy packs and click Apply. Does it in seconds, it's harmless and you can go back to the default icons. You can even make one yourself but that'd be the same as adding manually.

I think the problem is that Starter edition. It's been known to reject certain drivers and applications, if it does that try putting it in another computer and make a backup. Then format it in the PC that says it needs to be formatted (the pendrive). Go back to the other PC and copy the contents you backed up before to your pendrive and try again.If you don't have another PC, then I don't know. The only solution would be a re-format of the pendrive.

That's called adware and malware. You can avoid these with decent antiviruses (IMO) like Avira Premium Security Suite, Kaspersky Internet Security 2010, Zonealarm (Optional, only firewall) or to get rid of these *BLEEP*es, try scanning with AdAware. Google of one of these antiviruses and adware cleaners and install them. Then I'd like to know the result. If you choose Kaspersky don't forget to turn on Anti-Banner as it's disabled by default. You could also try Malwarebytes AntiMalware, one of the best in the World but it needs license to have real-time protection.

 

tl;dr: If you don't want to get that, get a decent AV as I said above.

I think the server crashed maybe. Reason of the downtime meaning myCENTS wouldn't update because the server was inactive, with no response to re-calculate Cents.

So, Windows 7 will be out in October for non-MSDN users. Will you buy it or stay with other, and why?I don't need to buy Windows 7 as a friend of mine is an MSDN user and burned it for me, but to everyone who wants to upgrade, I would seriously say Windows 7. It's very user-friendly and even works better with Aero on a PC that doesn't handle Vista well, it also gets a leap on the rating for me and made my GTAIV faster, much faster and I have less memory leaks overall (OS).

I'd say Windows 7. A friend of mine is a MSDN subscriber and he burned Windows 7 RTM for me and it's awesome and 1000x better than Vista. If your computer can't handle Vista well, I'm sure 7 will be better. Just my 2 cents but I'd say Windows 7.

Possibly Windows 95 and up may work too. It also reads vbs and can compile it I think.

True. Google is a pre-millenium company and Microsoft is a 1983 or less! community. 1983 because that was the release of the first Microsoft Word ever. And no Google will never beat Microsoft in any means. I think that is a great website. I don't play MMORPG's too much excluding QuakeLive which I stopped playing for a month now but the skin is f*cking awesome, I'd say keep up the good work and hope you get a lot of members. I thought warn levels were counted forever. I think they just stay there and I know people that had warnings and still earn myCENTS for their site too.

That happens when the php bandwidth reaches a certain limit. To allow more, the Xisto guys would have to edit php.ini on the host folder to avoid these errors but basically, it's a memory overrun.

We have learned that Xbox World 360 Magazine will have the first ever hands-on preview of The Ballad of Gay Tony in next month's September issue. They have literally just been to see the game, and we'll get to hear all about it when the issue goes on sale on Monday, 7th September in the UK. We are likely to have a trailer before then, but this will be the first in-depth hands-on preview.

Well, I play since I'm like 4 or 5. I remember playing the first Grand Theft Auto's and other games but then I quit for some reason. I had school and then faster Internet came and I wouldn't get out of it for school works. After that I started again, I bought new components for my computer, RAM, cards, etc and gaming started to be a pleasure again until the system started to leak. I bought more components around September 2008 and it's the current ones I have, I never liked to quit gaming, I've always thought that gaming is a great thing but it'll never replace school works or IRL, so no I'll not quit so fast.

That is awesome but there are way better and express ways of doing it: Windows Error Message Creator. It also supports .vbs scripts to do an extense error message "session" like you can do one, and then another, etc and they will be shown in order. With the same program you can put Windows 3.11 symbols too
