  1. A blog is usually a online diary whereby the author will share his/her thoughts. As for a forum, it will be more of a community kind of website. So unless the author of the former is a celebrity or someone who can write pretty well, the latter will usually be more active.

  2. With the season a day away, who do you think will win the title. The usual suspect of Chelsea and Man Utd will be there. So too Arsenal. Maybe Liverpool and Tottenham. With the money Man City has, they are a force to be reckon with. After the ending of the World Cup, the start of the new season is just the right fix for the soccer withdrawl syndrome.

  3. I too have an Acer laptop and have my fair share of craps from their support centre. Once, I dropped them some emails requesting for help with some issues. I have purposely chose to write and reply to them during office hours. However their response is always late. Not only that, they response ain't helpful at all. Most of time, they are just trying to swat away my enquiries. My next laptop definitely won't be an Acer.

  4. I have written to Opaque and he had help me get the website back up. I have just receive another invoice for the month. Mycents is not back up and there is every chance that my website will be down again. I know the people are working hard on getting mycents up but this is not good. Having the site down for a couple of days every month, and in no time, all the visitors will be gone.

  5. I have reached my minimum payout rate and have requested to withdraw the amount. It was about nine months back and till now, it is still pending payment. I have written to them and their response is that some auditing need to be done and asking me to be patience. I have and will clicking on the link daily. I have reached my second minimum payout amount. Patience is running out. Saw it the forum that some waited a year for it. If that is the normal rate at which they paid out, then fine, I will carry on waiting.

  6. Ok, I have sign up for mylot and is currently making some posts there. Looks promising with a few cents earned for that few thread that I have posted. Will try to be more active and see how it goes. Hopefully, I am able to reach the minimum payout so that I can cash it out to verify if it is true afterall.

  7. Saw this picture in one website. The owners had dye the fur of their dogs to make them look like other animals ie tiger and panda. While I must say they look cute, I wonder what kind of harm they have inflicted on the poor dogs. They could be traumatize by the whole dyeing process and the dyeing material could be harmful to them. I am incline to think this is more cruelty than cute. So what you think? Cute or cruel.http://www.chinadaily.com.cn/photo/2010-06/07/content_9941756.htm

  8. While I am a dog lover and have one at home, I still fear if a big (stray or not kept by me) dog approaches me on the street. Thou I won't hide away from them, the sight of them will keep me immediately on high alert, ready to defend in the event they attack. But if I keep a big dog, then I will not have such problem. Likely to see me rolling and tumbling on the floor, having a wrestling match with them. And to overcome the fear, what else better than mixing around with them.

  9. well i don't know if that could help you or not, but i usually open the iso files by "virtual clone cd". this way i don't have to burn the iso image, i just open it in my hard drive as a virtual and do whatever i want but if that will show the HFS file or not, i am not sure. so if you want give it a try and see, good luck.

Thanks web_designer. I have tried with virtual clone cd and nope the HFS file is not showing up. I will try to find out more if there is any software which does it. Thanks.

You can burn an ISO image to a disk (unpack) and then make your altercations. Once you have made your modification you can then recreate another ISO image.
As far as I know, it's hard to modify few files within ISO because of checksum.

I have manage to mount the dmg/iso and modified the necessary file. So now, it is to recreate an iso with the mounted image. From Tiger to iso, now I need to find a way. Thanks.
