  1. well, x3fusion is nice......they offer both paid hosting and free hosting.and they offer domain hosting hosting and subdomain hosting in the free hosting package. the hard part to get hosted there is to get through the application process......*hope this post helped*
  2. in reply the thread's title... Do you have a USB Stick? My answer: How can i not have a usb stick? i store all my important documents in the small, convinient, handy sticks.I have two of them, a 128Megabyte Apacer HandySteno HT202 and a 256Megabyte Pendrive.
  3. hey , by the way......the windows key + "m"to minimize all windowshope this is useful...
  4. like what xomo said...... Sony Ericsson is the best. It is user friendly and feature pACKED.Besides, its cheaper
  5. Well...well...adsense...It depends on how are you going to develop your site.I use to build a site just for adsense, and i earned only 2 bucks a week as i didn't had a constant stream of visitors. You should get yourself an Adsense account if you currently have great content and want o earn some revenue for it.
  6. I think that the best security solutions are: Antivirus: Norton Antivirus 2005 (latest version) updated frequently when new virus definitions are available.Firewall: Zone Alarm Security Suite (like what GEORGiQ said)Then your pc is virtually "un-hackable" .
  7. StudioTraffic has been around for quite some time.I have been a StudioTraffic member for quite some time.It may sound "too good to be true" with the amount you earn, you can earn a lot of money if you are into auto-surfing.But as you can see here, they let you earn much, but the payout options are limited, you can only get paid via StudioPay and E-Gold. I haven't requested for a payout although i have earned 11 USD in my StudioTraffic account, i'm living in a country which the currency exchange rate is high, thats why i rather use the earnings to upgrade my account. I don't think studiotraffic is a scam.
  8. Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic I or II? I played KoToR I quite some time ago... Although KoTor II was released in February, i haven't completed the game . The gameplay is nice. The graphics are quite good (but, in my opinion, replublic commando's graphics are better than this). This game is quite CPU hungry, thats why i cant get the best gaming experience on my Pentium 4 1.6GHz PC. This game lasted me for months. I got bored with Battlefront which i played for a few weeks and switched to this. I think its not bad, worth a try......
  9. lol. BTW, i use neither, too. I'm currently using Opera, which I think is better because it is paid for-. Microsoft's going to release Internet Explorer 7 and Mozilla's going to release Deer Park.I think the browser wars is going to be fierce.*sorry, hope i didn't post off-topic stuff*
  10. Well, the peer to peer program I'm using currently is Ares Galaxy. It's quite fast (running on a little memory and CPU usage).Besides, it gives me download speeds which are quite fast.I used Limewire and it drained my pc......That's why i'm using ares now
  11. well, i think i agree with what truefusion said......some of the built in features are unnessary and can be counted as "crap". As an example, the cameras on many handphones don't take clear pictures and you'll surely need quite a lot of space if you want to record video clips on your handphone and the storage on phones are limited. Both specifications just don't work together to provide the user with convinience etc.. Now back to the topic, i would like an ebook or ecomic viewer on my phone. Its hard to find one for my Sony Ericsson K500i. Most Sony Ericsson phone applications are meant for K700i. I should have bought K700i......(sorry for my bad english)
  12. My favourite weapon? the AK-47 (like everyone does). Its fast and deadly, that's why......
  13. I think WordPress is quite good. I use WordPress Version 1.5 (the latest version) myself. It is recommended for more advanced users with more computer knowledge. If you are new to the world of blogging and want to start a blog for the first time, i recommend Blogger, which is quite easy to setup and maintain.
  14. i'm currently using WS_FTP Pro 9.1 (haven't upgraded to Pro 2006, gonna purchase it soon). Before I found WS_FTP, I was using CoreFTP Lite which was not bad. It should be easy to upload files and connect using Ftp with WS_FTP as long as you have an account and the ftp username password. BTW, thanks OpAqUE for the tutorial...
  15. heres the list of drinks i take and like the most:Fresh chocolate milkClean water (of course)Fruit juicesMilk shakesIce blendsThats all folks.
  16. My favourites:LOST (loving it sooooo much)South ParkFear Factor andTeen Titans (i'm still a kid...)
  17. turn the pop unders off?so does this mean that you still earn revenue?By the way, whats the option you found?Share it
  18. Ad-aware Professional from Lavasoft, Zone Alarm Security Suite from Zonelabs and Norton Antivirus 2005 form a digital fortress to protect my pc from threats. I think my pc is now quite safe. But sometimes, the trojans sill do enter the fortress......
  19. I've been playing Insaniquarium (the online version) from PopCap Games for quite some time. recently, i downloaded the offline version of the game (Insaniquarium Deluxe). The game rocks, go try it at popcap.com. *sorry if I changed the topic*Now back to the topic, the online game i'm currently playing is: Gun'zI used to play Gunbound for a short period of time.Gun'Z is my favourite online game......
  20. Definitely Friday! All the periods in my school timetable are of the subjects I like the most! My school bag is kind of light, too (just don't know why......). Besides the PE period is scheduled on this day which means 1.5 hours of non-stop soccer!!! Not to forget, Friday marks the beggining of the weekend and i finally get to switch on my computer and of course, post on Xisto!!!
  21. i don't really put much trust in paypal, after having a look on paypalsucks.com which i found on another forum about making money online:(I agree with what melkonianarg said, better off earn money online te more practical way. By the way, I still can't figure out why many sites don't accept payments through paypal. As an example, studiotraffic just wants you to use their StudioPay service, i've checked through the rates. This is unacceptable! I think paypal is good because it doen't charge expensive transaction fees. Back to the topic, one good site I can tell you is ClickSor.com.ANyway, I haven't tried out paypal myself, i'm just a 13 year old *hope i didn't change the topic *
  22. Thats what they say on their homepage...... Read more on their site (its too long and i don't want to affect the way this page is displayed) It's been a fortnight since I started using floAt and I must admit that while I still think that it's a spectacular piece of softwware, it's not without its troubles. It sometimes refuses to connect to my cellphone (Sony Ericsson T630) even when its right next to the Bluetooth dongle I'm using. And while the application never crashes on my PC, it does seem t simply stop functioning for short periods and disconect abruptly from the phone. A PC restart sets matters right but I can sense the wise men shaking their heads grimly and asking us to imagine something on those lines happening at a critical time--say, in the middle of a lecture or presentation. Nevertheless, the software is under development and there are new versions coming out regularly, each fixing bugs as well as adding new features. If you get really stuck, you can take your problems to http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ (floAt's friendly community forum ). Overall, judging by what I have seen over the past fortnight, I reckon it's well worth a try. cryptique91
  23. I owned an Invision Power Board (Trial) quite some time ago.I set it up myself on Illusionfxnet, its now gone as they had stopped giving free hosting.I rather spend some time doing all the work by myself than getting an account at InvisionFree or something else similar to that. The fact is, you get full control over the message board, you can do whatever you want,at your own risk . Besides, there won't be any forced ads on your site if you set up the board by yourself. Now I've set up another Invision message board, but i'm running out of ideas on what should i do with it.I'm actually deciding to give phpBB a try, although Invisions' working well for.*Always lookin for something new *
  24. I don't think they'll take everyone's money and dissappear(just what I think)Actually, i have been around with StudioTraffic for quite a long time.In the older days, the ads StudioTraffic display on the auto-surf sites are those of many different people (or companies).I think because the price/rates set for advertisers to advertise their site are too high. In my humble opinion, I think this is what causes the advertisers to leave. The rate to advertise had scared off the advertisers, ( i think) Besides may be the advertisers think that their ads shown on studiotraffic's auto-surf site aren't really effective. In my opinion, this might cause studiotraffic to leave the business.Thats why, in reply to this topic, i dared not upgrade......But i lay my trust on studiotraffic, they have been around for a while and they really payout. They can't be a scam site, after running for over a year... or can they be?
  25. For google adsense, i got around 15 USD (just roughly because its against Google's ToS, isn't it) for the entire month of May. I think its not bad for a personal site. Now that my site is down as the other host's servers' hacked, no money is coming in. Sob...Sob...
