It sounds like an excellent idea to me. But i think the problem is the same with this idea, as mine and solar powered AC units in vehicles the technology is the key. Having solar units that will provide the necessary energy to charge the system in a relatively short period of time. Most solar unit's available take a couple of days to charge a battery or there giant in size and very costly. I have been researching solar cells and until they have ones on the market that are cheaper and put out more power in a smaller size then the concepts just sit in our heads. But with todays rising energy cost i'm sure there is someone some were working on the problem with solar cells.But for both applications the photovoltic cells have to be integrated into the body of the vehicle. and produce enough power in watts to make it practical. 746watts = 1 HP i have to find cells that will give me 3730watts for the ac compressor and i have yet to figure the rest out. There is Resistance in ohms etc.You would have to figure out all the resistance factors in the wiring leading to the batteries, voltage drops, etc. It can get really complicated.lol But a good idea i'm sure their would be lots of rich people that would buy the car. but look at the price of a Tesla Roaster i would love to have one but there super expensive.But if you can make it happen then you would be the super rich one. Nice to have dreams i have had mine in my head since i was a kid someday it will happen. I'm still working on different concepts for a Solar powered AC unit for Vehicles. and may add some more to my post about it just have to dig out my notes.

I have to agree/disagree with some of these posts. I frequent other forums i'm an RC enthusiast and its hard for me to get involved in these forums here cause i don't see topics that really interest me. So posting in these forums i have to think of something else i may be interested in talking about. But i can see why there isn't a section on Hobbies Since there are so many other forums out on the internet that pertain to just that one subject. but having a hobby section in the forums here would be a nicely added feature there are many different types of hobbies that people have. My main interest is RC Hobbies i have been into them for years and have helicopters and car and trucks and several airplanes. but there are woodworking crafts and other hobbies too and hobbies are great subjects to talk about. So i think there should be a broader expanse of subject matter in the forum i haven't found anything on hobbies yet maybe i haven't looked hard enough. if their is a section dedicated to such please let me know. So i think the more forum sections there are covering more subject matter will interest people more in posting in section that they find appealing to there taste. But i will have to cruse the forums and see what is here i may be jumping the gun and just haven't found that section yet.

I like the Dollar tree there are allot of good things there i don't buy there food anymore, but i buy cleaning supplies there. I have bought some of the food and wondered why it was so stale and allot of it is nasty tasting but you get what ya pay for.Good if your starving and only have a few dollars to spend on something to eat. Great place to get RC pilots for RC airplanes.

I heard that we yawn and it causes a vain in the neck to be pinched cutting of circulation to your brain helping you fall asleep.lol Seems there are many variations to why we yawn. :)

Thank you for the welcome to the forums and hosting. I'm wondering how many post will i have to have under my belt before i will be able to start hosting my domain with the Hosting service? At least it is Different and an interesting forum with lots of topics which is nice for a change of pace to my usual forum posting haunts.

Ok here is my idea for an invention that i have had in my head for many years but is still not possible since the technology doesn't exist for it yet. I'm kinda glad that no one has thought of it yet or maybe they have but there stuck with the same thing the technology doesn't exist yet to make it a practical concept. My idea is Solar powered Air conditioning in a Vehicle any vehicle the smaller the vehicle the harder it would be to apply the idea. The idea is to have a Solar powered system that runs the AC unit without the aid of anything else. you park the car in the hot summer sun and the AC unit in the car runs and keeps the car cool at whatever temp you have the unit set too. without the aid of anything but the suns radiant heat. I have more to tell about my idea but lets just let this fair for now and i will post more about it if there seems to be an interest in the idea.

Well i have been looking for free hosting for my new domain Tehachapircflyer i'm interested in making a web site based on my RC flying experiences and have searched the internet and looked at many free hosting sites. this one seemed to be the best in offering the most out of free hosting i have tried many and allot have problems. This one is defiantly different to say the least so i thought i would give it a shot and maybe i can get my new domain that i have parked on this server and start building a joomla web site with interesting information on it. i don't want to wast all my thought here so i will save some for other post i'm definetly not new to posting sometimes my spelling sucks, but i do know about posting. thing is this forum site is so vast in different categories were do you start. So i'm new to this type of posting and hosting should be interesting to say the least.
