Best Movie Of All Time? what is the best movie of all time?
Tseng replied to lil_chris's topic in General Discussion
I say that the best movies are foriegn films. I liked Wasabi, Time and Tide, and Zatoichi. But if you are on about Anime movies then I like Tenchi Muyo the movie I guess. -
I recently found this and was excited to hear that an all anime channnel could be created by Bandai very soon. the article was by someone looking to invest in an anime company to create a new anime channel. So far The Anime Network has been the only channel to try this. Notice from BuffaloHELP: You cannot copy and paste an article without using

Can anyone help me edit a flash banner that I downloaded. It came with a template that I downloaded and I don't know how to fix it. I tried to edit it with a SWF editor but it was too time consuming and I need someone else to do it. If you can then just reply and I will give you the link to the swf file.

Xbox 360 & Halo3 not many ppl know about this i think..
Tseng replied to ICE-XG's topic in Computer Gaming
Actually the PS3 and Xbox 360 will be about 500 dollars(us) And look at the Current-gen systems. The PS2 came out before the Xbox and they are both neck and neck in the gaming world. Also if you are another Xbox fanboy then you must besaddly mistaken if you think that Halo 3 is the only reason for buying an Xbox then you my friend aren't a true gamer. I hate people that make a big deal about games that aren't even out yet.-//.::End Transmission::. -
Actually the XBOX 360 is oing to have the lesser of the good graphics because not only is the technology better in the PS3 as far as having two of the highest powered graphics cards and the Cell processor, but also the XBOX 360 comes out this Christmas and the PS3/Nintendo Revolution is coming out next Christmas. I'm not exactly a Sony fanboy but lokking at the number the PS3 is going to have better graphics.

The picture above is a fake(sorry to tell you) but on a good note I came upon an official press relaese stating:"Nintendo?s forthcoming Revolution, whose specs maybe just possibly might include a dual-core 1.8GHz PowerPC-based setup with 512KB L2 cache, 1.2GHz FSB, 600MHz ATI graphics chip with 12MB SRAM, 128MB ?main storage? SRAM (for GPU and sound L3 cache), 256MB main DRAM, 7.1 surround sound, and some 6GB dual-layer HP/Panasonic disc format. Well then, if these do indeed have any truth to them (and we?re by no means saying they do), it looks like the Revolution will be a run for the other next-gen systems money"In plain English this means that the Nintendo Revolution is going to far pretty well against the competition. On the other hand I came upon details on the PS3 also which you can look at the numbers to tell the systems are sweet."Product name: PlayStation 3Logo: PLAYSTATION®3CPU Cell ProcessorPowerPC-base Core @3.2GHz1 VMX vector unit per core512KB L2 cache7 x SPE @3.2GHz7 x 128b 128 SIMD GPRs7 x 256KB SRAM for SPE* 1 of 8 SPEs reserved for redundancytotal floating point performance: 218 GFLOPSGPURSX @550MHz1.8 TFLOPS floating point performanceFull HD (up to 1080p) x 2 channelsMulti-way programmable parallel floating point shader pipelinesSoundDolby 5.1ch, DTS, LPCM, etc. (Cell- base processing) Memory 256MB XDR Main RAM @3.2GHz 256MB GDDR3 VRAM @700MHzSystem BandwidthMain RAM 25.6GB/sVRAM 22.4GB/sRSX 20GB/s (write) + 15GB/s (read) SB< 2.5GB/s (write) + 2.5GB/s (read) System Floating Point Performance 2 TFLOPSStorage Detachable 2.5" HDD slot x 1I/OUSB Front x 4, Rear x 2 (USB2.0) Memory Stick standard/Duo, PRO x 1SD standard/mini x 1CompactFlash (Type I, II) x 1 Communication Ethernet (10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX, 1000BASE-T) x 3 (input x 1 + output x 2) Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11 b/gBluetooth 2.0 (EDR) Controller Bluetooth (up to 7) USB 2.0 (wired) Wi-Fi (PSP) Network (over IP) AV Output Screen size: 480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i, 1080pHDMI: HDMI out x 2Analog: AV MULTI OUT x 1Digital audio: DIGITAL OUT (OPTICAL) x 1Disc Media CD PlayStation CD-ROM, PlayStation 2 CD-ROM, CD-DA, CD-DA (ROM), CD-R, CD-RW, SACD, SACD Hybrid (CD layer), SACD HD, DualDisc, DualDisc (audio side), DualDisc (DVD side) DVD: PlayStation 2 DVD-ROM, PlayStation 3 DVD-ROM, DVD-Video, DVD-ROM, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RWBlu-ray Disc: PlayStation 3 BD-ROM, BD-Video, BD-ROM, BD-R, BD-RE"*Awesome*-//.::End Transmission::.

ADV Films has sent out a Press Release confirming Monday's news that they were launching an all Anime Cable Channel.ADV Films has confirmed reports that they are working to create a cable television channel dedicated to Anime. Currently they are releasing very few details about the channel itself. All that has been publicized at this time is that the channel will run 24 hours a day and will break its content into four categories, Action Zone, Sci-Fi, Comedy Incorrect, and Horror/Martial Arts. The press release:ADV Films today announced publicly the creation of The Anime Network, the first television channel in North America dedicated to anime (Japanese animation) and anime-related content. The Anime Network targets the nation's estimated 85 million cable television subscribers, and seeks to capitalize on cable's increasing dominance in the world of at-home entertainment.Initially announced in June, 2002 at ADV Films' 10th Anniversary party in Tokyo, and announced in the U.S. at ADV's November 2 invitation-only 10th Anniversary party in Houston, the creation of The Anime Network has the industry abuzz with excitement and speculation."This has been in the works for some time," said ADV Films President, Founder and CEO John Ledford. "Until now, the market and the culture haven't been ready for it. But today ever-increasing numbers of Americans are becoming familiar with anime and its distinctive aesthetic; they're curious about anime, they're hungry for it, and The Anime Network is going to deliver it right to their televisions."Competitive AdvantageWhile existing cable outlets have enjoyed strong ratings with limited blocks of anime and anime-inspired animated programming, The Anime Network will make fine anime programming available to viewers 24 hours a day."The Anime Network is the next logical step," said Ledford. "The television outlets that currently carry anime aren't meeting the potential demand; they offer very limited selections of titles, and only during very restricted hours. The Anime Network will change all of that, and we're excited to be leading the revolution."ContentThe Anime Network model is structured around four categorized content areas: Action Zone, Sci-Fi, Comedy Incorrect, and Horror/Martial Arts. These categories are designed to include virtually the entire spectrum of quality anime, while contextualizing content for new viewers unfamiliar with specific titles.

If you think that was sweet then take a look at these screenshots for the upcoming Final Fantasy VII: Remake! This is going to make its debut sometime after the initial launch of the PS3. The screens below are only using the internal power of the PS3 and are actual ingame graphics (not CG) and were shown during a preview of games to be released on the next-generation console. Although the official release dates, voice actors, and other details have not been released yet, it is safe to say that this is going to be one of the most anticipated games on PS3. Finally Square-Enix has decided to remake one of the best Final Fantasy games of them all. Sweet,no? I personally can't wait for this one. Also there is Final Fantasy VII: Dirge of the Cerebus (for PS2) to look forward to. It stars the cult favorite, Vincent Valentine, from FF7. Though the grpahics aren't as amazing as that of Final Fantasy VII: Remake, they are still good.

Although I agree with you [that Nintendo wouldn't plan another system before releasing the Revolution]. I support all systems: XBOX 360, PS3, and Nintendo Revolution. But the three systems are used for different reasons. Take a look at the XBOX, PS2, and Gamecube. each has their own reason why they didn't fail. The way I see it, XBOX is for people who like online games (i.e. Halo2), PS2 is for people who prefer one-player games (i.e. Grand Theft Auto:Vice City/San Andreas or Final Fantasy), and Gamecube is for party games (i.e. Super Smash Bros. Melee or Mario Party 4) The same will be for the new systems, XBOX 360, PS3, and Nintendo Revolution. The XBOX 360 will be like a computer because of the features it has. So it will still be powered on online support. PS3 not only has the ability to link with PSP but also has the best graphics of all three systems. And as for the Nintendo Revolution? Well as usuall they aren't releasing many details about the system. Though not a lot of people know what they look like. But luckily I got a picture of the Revolution and the PS3! They look sweet, eh? Well if I get more details I will give them to you. -//.::Tseng Tsuzaki signing out::.

We can only hope. Plus, No one knows what the Revolution will look like, because the system shown at E3 was a prototype. Also I think that the Nexus is the Revolution, it is on of its code names(like how the XBOX 360 was called Xenon)

Xbox360+psp? The lowdown on the new systems hidden feature...
Tseng replied to Tseng's topic in Computer Gaming
Lol...chances are that Sony is already planning the new system...lol can wait*sits glued to chair until PS4* -
I like the Final Fantasy series best...But I (unlike most people) make Rpgs! I use Rpg Maker Xp, which can make games with graphics that are a little better that FF6 or Lunar 2. The link to my site is in my sig...feel free to visit and start making Rpgs with me and my team PS(my downloads are currently down so you will have to email me for them until I fix them.)

I have a DS and a PSP...but I would have to say that I like the DS better. Although the PSP has tons of cool features and all, I like the innovativeness of the DS. I admit that it doesn't have as good of games as the PSP...now, but they are making a couple of cool games like:>Metroid Prime Hunters: First Hunt>Final Fantasy 3(never before released in America)>Mario Kart>Fire Emblem>Super Smash Bros.and many others. Also Nintendo has announced online gameplay will be released soon. I can't wait

Actually I am not a fanboy (I like all the systems) but looking at the way both systems were presented (and the fact that FFVII is on it )I choose the PS3. I also thought that, besides Halo 3, that the XBOX 360 has a lackluster lineup of games. I f you want more info or footage thenwatch G4TechTV. Also, for more info on the XBOX 360 goto the 'What is...' section of this forums and look for 'XBOX360+PSP' thread. I gave some details about the hidden feature of the XBOX 360.

I recently found out that XBOX360 has a port that lets you import or export mp3s, pics, and video; but waht is really amazing is that you can buy an attachement for hooking a Sony PSP to the XBOX360!!! This might put Sony in an odd place because a large portion of the soon-to-be PS3 owners are going to have the ability to do the same but with a PS3 and PSP( its intended purpose)... I don't think this will last long though because I am sure that this breaks some kind of copyright law. More info to come--> -[Tseng] Notice from BuffaloHELP: This does not belong in What Is...section. Moving to Gaming Consoles.

I didn't know that they offered Gmail to just anyone yet...when did that start?

I just recently watched the E3 '05 Live show on G4TechTV!!! It was awesome...they showed all three next generation systems but the best one was definately PS3. It has the best grapghics of all three systems and its all because it contains 2 high powered grapghics cards and the Cell processor, and all three are connected by a 32-bit connecton. The games they advertised was Soul Calibur 4, Final Fantasy VII, Gundam wing, Unreal Tournament, and a couple more that I can't remember. But the bottom line is that the system was totally impressive... If any of you saw it tell me what you thought...
