  1. I have a problem with my computer. How come it's restarting on its own? When the electricity fluctuates, the computer restarts. I cannot control that though and that is tolerable given the quality of electric lines here in my country. But sometimes there are no electric fluctations and it is just restarting on its own. Is this spyware, trojan or virus? I scan my system regularly using Adaware and AntiVir.I am not that good in troubleshooting computers, so can anyone help me? Formatting my hard disk is my last resort because I am open to other options. What do you suggest I do?Thanks.
  2. I don't agree that the content should have a greyish background. Although your idea of providing contrast between the the content background and site background is great. Maybe it should be the other way around. Try #f7f7f7 for your site background and keep your content background white. You can also try #cccccc for your the site background. Either of the two, #f7f7f7 and #cccccc, combine great with white. Then if you want you can add a shadow to one or both sides. Nice Site Anyway. Where did you create the banner?
  3. From your code I see you made titlebarright.jpg an image by putting it in <img src> tags. If you want titlebarright. jpg become a bg on the part of the code where it says Anouncement,I think you must add the <td background=titlebarright.jpg> I don't work very much with css script. I do everything on hard code. I don't which browser has the problem but I can say that Firefox works well with tables. Try looking at some websites on IE and firfox I made: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/. Click on the third link and you'll see what I mean.
  4. Soccer is my favorite sport. I can play anywhere especially left wind midfield and center defensive midfield even goalkeeper and I've tried coaching 7 year olds. It's fun. I support at least 1 club from every country in Europe but I always go for German giants Bayern Munich. I never got to watch Euro 2004. I ESPN and Star Sports plus 2 sports channels that feature craps and what have you gambling games in Las Vegas as sports but they only show highlights. But they don't show it here in the Philippines except in Channel 4 where you virtually don't see anything. If any of my soccer hating kababayans(countrymen) see this I hope they don't get mad at me. But then its more than just a sport. What makes it different from other sports is that it transcends itself from being a mere sport to an ambassador with multiple advocacies(Anti-Racism Movement, Tsunami Fund Drives, Special Olympics, Football for Peace). The U.S, for instance, has labeled Iran as part of a axis of evil but when those two teams met in a World Cup Final, none of those accusations came into play into the pitch. And for 90 minutes it was like those two countries were like longtime friends. The other side of the sport of course is tainted by Hooliganism and what have you rumours of perversion. But then they are neglible because its benefits outweigh its sick effects. Some people are just too poor and in this sport, at least they can find identity with all the other people of the world. In this sport they once again retain their dignity as human beings. No other sport can do that. There's this site that says soccer sucks and for some time I've been trying to convince these uncivilised barbarics how much they are missing: http://www.soccersucks.org/ I don't let anyone mar our beautiful game.
  5. How do h* do pirates do that? Do they just sneak in a super mini video camera or something? Or are movie houses in cahoots with the piraters? Maybe pirates have a payroll in major movie production companies. Buying bootleg copies is better than buying original ones because the latter is way to expensive in Asia you could buy 10 Mcdonald's hamburgers with it. Anyway, I won't watch any newly released if movie I don't like it but I want to know what happens to Anakin. I hope Star Wars don't disappoint just like the Matrix. Notice from BuffaloHELP: Moderated a word.
  6. Whohoooooo!Since I used firefox I never had any problems with popups, especially those that come in tens. and most especially my websites. I had to put a lot of effort into making it look like I wanted to in IE. Right now I'm having an easier time with firefox.
  7. I like Nokia because it is trendy and hip. My phone has a flashlight and it is very useful when I go to the movies, caves, which I do quite a lot, or during brownouts, which happens at the most unexpected times in my country. But for Quality I'd prefer Siemens. I dropped my former Siemens phone countless of times and accidentaly made it swim in flood water but it still works perfectly up to today. Unlike people I know who drop their nokia phones quite often, nothing happened with my Siemen's ring volume or the vibrator. "Function first before Form" as the German efficiency system goes. I can't afford to buy another one after my s35i was out of trend so I just settled for that simple nokia phone with a flash light.
  8. Germany are strong at home and they'll PROBABLY reach the final. I don't know what the hell is happening to France. They've seem to lose their touch.England would also be one of the contenders. I think Brazil is very strong too. But I'd go for Germany anyway. I hope Jurgen Klinsmann goes with this team:4-1-2-1-2 FormationGK - Timo HildebrandRWB - Arne Friedrich / Andreas HinkelCB - Christoph Metzelder / Jens NowotnyCB - Robert HuthLB - Phillip LahmCDM - Dietmar HammanRWM - Sebastian DeislerCAM - Michael BallackLWM - Thomas HitzlespergerFWD: Miroslav Klose / Kevin KuranyiFWD: Lukas PodolskiThis is probably the strongest lineup Klinsmann can compe up.
  9. Oops!! sorry for typing in the quote box.
  10. All sports are pretty boring to watch. Football(Soccer) is not all that boring to play and neither is basketball.
  11. I'd Like an International Outfit mostly with German players. I prefer a fighting team rather than one that is star-studded. FORMATION: 4-1-2-1-2Goal Keeper - TIMO HILDEBRAND, Vfb StuttgartVery Consistent player. Should be Germany No. 1 by now. OLi isn't as fast he used to be. Jens is mediocre if you ask me. Left Back - PHILLIP LAHM, Vfb StuttgartAttacking minded, pacey Winger. Center Back - JOHN TERRY, ChelseaGood positional Sense, good in the air and in set pieces. Center Back - JENS NOWOTNY, Bayer 04 LeverkusenTop Rated European Defender, Can turn defence into attack quickly.Has lots of experienceRight Back - WILLY SAGNOL, Bayern MunichDefensive Midfield - CLAUDE MAKALELE, ChelseaHe's a team player and that's what every coach needs.Right Wing Midfield - RONALDINHO, FC BarcelonaVery skillful.Left Wing Midefield -JEROME ROTHEN, Paris St. GermainProduces great crosses. Center Attacking Midfield - FRANK LAMPARD, CHelseaArguable the best playmaker I have ever seen.Forward - ADRIAN MUTU, JuventusI just think he's good. Forward - LUKAS PODOLSKIi, 1.FC KolnGermany's Wayne RooneySUBSTITUTES:GK: Michael Rensing, Bayern MunichCB: Christoph Metzelder, Borrusia DortmundLB: Christian Pander, FC Schalke 04FORWARD:Mike Hanke, FC Schalke 04CM: Tomas Rosicky, Borrusia DortmundI'd like to see your winning eleven.
  12. You can use a software like Adobe InDesign. There are lots of crash courses on the internet. It's pretty easy --- something like MS Word if you get the hang of it.
  13. Thanks for the info.I totally insane about this WC 2006. It's really weird that DFB is only releasing 800,000 tickets when each game can accomodate about 60,000 people. And there will surely be more than 10 games. whew!
  14. I really do not like BADMINTON First of all because it's become so commercialized in our country. Second because it's not really that tiring. Maybe when you play with professionals and national players it is but unfortunately I do not know anyone who can tire me in badminton. I like sports that makes you do a lot of running, such as Football(soccer) or Basketball, and those that involve physical contact.
