Yeah, I think I'll get a dell. Because, I'm leaving in a year or so for college anyway, and while, I would know each of the various parts are, my family and computer technician wouldn't. I don't really want to drag a blooming PC with me.. so, I'll get a nice little PowerBook sometime over the next year. Involves some serious saving..

So, I have a 9 year old computer that needs to be re-formatted every month, I need a new pc, my computer ACTUALLY told me I should buy one.. which was funny.. and slightly worrying that it's been coded to do that by ibm or microsoft or aptiva..or amd..Anyway, I figure people here know about hardware they should be able to help with my problem..either that or form a vast mob and chase me around with burning stakes.. ANYWAY BACK TO THE POINT. my three options are A) Building my own computer, I am capable of doing the actual putting together, what'a a real beeyatch is the various types of motherboards, so far I know I should either get a Abit or Asus mother board and a AMD athlon 64.. but, I want to keep the costs down. Buy a computer from DELL, they seem to have quite good pc's I know a lot of people seem to hate them, may I ask why?? The Dimension 8400 looks good. only 1300 euro.C) Buy a E-mac, they're reliable, but very little windows programs would work on it, I could live with that.So, what do you think I should do? I'm thinking of dell at this moment.

Well, I'm not austrailian, I'm not sure of the population of austrailians on these boards, but, the main reason for this invasion of American-ism is due to the fact that america uses the english language, the same lanugage used by Austrailia, England and Ireland. Austraila just wants to get recognised in the world, we never actually hear ANY thing about austrailia or canada on the news in ireland, only when something exceptional happens. The only way we hear about america is through glossy fake tv shows such as Neighbours and Home and Away.Yes, American culture effects all english speaking countries weather we like it or not. America is a vast country, we preferr to see american action films showing a single Camandor kill an entire vietnam army, than having to read a deeply emotional thriller filmed in french with english subtitles..Course.. I meant german, the french don't make good thrillers.. not to my knowledge. Well, I can't really give you set answers, since I really havn't a clue about Austrailia's news and so forth, I don't think of austrailia as being like America. America is relgiously fanatic, they disagree with it, but, they are about as liberal as most arab countries.. though, I wont argue about america, the majority of american's on the net are great people. And I don't think any of the less intelligent ones would feel the need to make a website.. rather they stare at the mouse pick up a mallet and hit it a few times..

Okay, I'm thinking of getting a nice little 40 gig Creative Zen for myself, how ever, I would like to know if there is any flaws? Does anyone here have one? I would get an iPod, but, I dont like the fact that ipods cant copy direct from a cd, plus, ipods cost a little bit more than creative zen's.. ?_?

Currently I own a nokia 3510i, it's okay, nokia is easy to use, but they are slightly out dated in my opinion. The nokia 3200 has a pretty poor camera compared with others such as sagem.The next phone I get will be a sony erricson, Erricson where allways good, though their stuff was slightly dodgy most time. However their new stuff is good. I particular am interested in the Sony Erricson K700i.

Nintendo don't need to ditch child games, they need to ditch they're attitude problems. You see, nintendo isn't too impressed with the fact that they can do much better outside of japan, hence why they use pointless waste of time, making americans wait months for simple games to be released and europeans even longer.Nintendo have gone lost, Nintendo of Japan has to finalize and proof check every game for some reason, yep, they make a game in japanese, release it, then send it to america.In america they translate it, and send it backJapan checks it out, and sends it back with the alterations they need to doAmerica does alterations and releases MONTHS afterwards. Pretty sad really, but, then you look at companies like sony, the only reason they are doing well, is because they have long been a internetational company, chances are every house has one thing by sony, unless they live are panasonic or philp fan's.. Japanese stuff sells well, when will japan learn to exploit this for money, never, they need reform more than the catholic church. It's fun..Fourth year Fifth year ( biggest exam you'll ever do, the leaving certificate, it decides what colleges you can enter and your future career.. and it all takes place within 2 weeks of back to back exams)Then you can enter college, the years for college vary depending on what you want to study.
