  1. Magic... I believe in it. I believe that magic is just science unexplained. I'm currently studying and observing psionics. "Psionics is the study and/or practice of using the mind to induce paranormal phenomena. Examples of this include telepathy, telekinesis and other workings of the outside world through the psyche." -Wikipedia articleI found psionics while I was looking for astral projection articles when I was little.
  2. If I met Inuyasha... eh, no idea. Going on an adventure with him would... uh... well. In the show, every time when Kagome went on a long drawn out adventure in the feudal age, life in the modern world never stopped. Her grandfather always had to make up excuses, often elaborate, on how Kagome didn't show up for school and such. In the real world, it isn't so easy to escape in such way. Someone is going to have to pay for your sudden disappearance while you go and slay some demons. As fun as it may seem, I would have to think... is this really worth it? Obviously if you're over the age and considered an adult, then it gets less... more? Complicated. As for me, even though I'm over the age, there's still college to worry about. By the time I come back, all of my classes would have been dropped... huge fines to pay there... my hard would would have gone down the toilet... so on and so forth. If I were going to go on an adventure with Inuyasha, I would not be coming back. Not to what would happen. Not to mention that there are no computers in the feudal age. >.>This is just my take on it... and not to be crushing anyone's dreams. In fact... thinking of all the details could help someone's dreams be more of a reality. For example... I have a zombie invasion plan for my house...
  3. I have... Nintendo 64, Gamecube, Wii... Xbox, Xbox 360... Playstation, Playstation 2... Gameboy, Gameboy Color, Gameboy Advance, Nintendo DS... and Sega Dreamcast. I had a Sega Genesis, but it was defective so we had to return it.I had no idea how much I had until I listed them all down. XDIt's a wonder why I'm not spoiled. :3
  4. Eh... I don't understand. Why do you love your hermit crabs? As far as I've seen, they crawl around slowly and suck the water out of those sponges occasionally... I guess it's because I like to pet things that are soft and furry. XD
  5. I guess it would depend on who you are, what you believe in... I can only tell you of my experience with them. One night I was curious, and thus before my friend came over to spend the night... I made my own Ouija bored out of a pizza box, printing paper, and a cap from a deodorant bottle for the... uh... cursor. XDMy friend came over and night fell. I told her of my idea and for the most part she was against it... but I managed to convince her anyways. We researched on the Internet for a while, to get a feel of what we were getting into. Paranoid, I removed all sharp objects from the room and put them in the back room... rooms away from mine. We turned off everything except for a lamp, and kept a flashlight nearby in case the lamp went out. We were prepared... I guess.I was the one recording what happened, and she was the one controlling it. On her own. We asked the usual questions... are you there... yadda yadda. The damned thing spelled my name wrong, ah, oh well. After a while, my friend started to complain about her fingers getting hot... so I reached over to feel them. They were hot, indeed... burning to the touch and completely dry. I offered to take over for a while, so I started to hand the pencil over to her. Before she could start writing to take notes, the pencil went zooming out of her hand and across the room... shocking us both. When we both calmed down, I went over to the pencil and picked it up... resuming my role as the note taker once more. The session went on for a while, then things started to get weird... "Please see me" the cursor spelled out... we both stared at it."Where?" We asked stupidly. The board replied... bad spelling and everything, "I neer u"We stared at the board, mouths agape. Something fell to the floor behind me, but as I turned to look my friend let out a startled yelp as the cursor went flying off the table, but out of the corner of my eye I saw her catch it before it hit the floor. After that, the board said goodbye and didn't respond after wards, and my friend's hands quickly returned to a normal temperature. With the session over, I promptly turned around to finally catch a glimpse at what fell. It was a tube of lipstick. I don't have lipstick in my room. When I picked it up and showed it to my friend, she started to cry and say that it was her lipstick that was in her pocket. She had already changed to some house clothes, so her pants was across the room... the lipstick had somehow traveled across the room and landed behind me.After that we threw the board away and grimly wondered what would have happened if we didn't take the extra precautions of removing all sharp, dangerous objects.
  6. Sometimes I daydream with my eyes open, which can get dangerous especially since I'm starting to drive now. Not too long ago I was just zoning out on the way to the college... when I thought a deer or something ran out in front of me then exploded. Luckily my brain didn't process what I just saw because I was just so zoned out... so I didn't suddenly break, swerve, or accelerate for no reason.I don't want to imagine what I would be seeing if I was on drugs. Maybe I'm just naturally high?
  7. My technique from waking up from a dream, especially a nightmare... was to fall asleep in the dream. For me it made so much sense, because I've always thought of... eh, for example... I go to sleep, but there's another me that wakes up and goes on this really messed up adventure filled with the laws of physics being broken. Then when the adventure is over, that me goes back to sleep. That's where the other me wakes up and go on a not so messed up adventure where I barely get to class on time, eat, post on forums...
  8. I've read in dreams before. Hell, I had a dream about talking on IRC, reading small pamphlets... signs. The thing is that when I can usually read in a dream, then go back and read it again, the sentence, word, whatever... changes a little. That's usually how I know that I'm dreaming.
  9. Oh man, I love Animal Crossing. So many hours were devoted to it, so many hours. It's a shame that the Animal Crossing for the DS doesn't have holidays like the one on the Gamecube, but it's still fun. There's an Animal Crossing coming out for the Wii, just to let you all know. Maybe hopefully the Animal Crossing on the DS and the future one on the Wii will be able to communicate to each other or something. We'll just have to wait and see.
  10. ...Every time I hear of Habbo Hotel, I think of how the pool has AIDS. I tried Habbo and I didn't like it at all. I had more fun with something like Furcadia for goodness sakes. XD
  11. The game was okay, and great as a time-waster, though it got boring really fast. I haven't touched the game in a year. It would be more fun if the dogs actually grew up, though. Some features... such as bark mode wasn't that... great, because hardly anyone, if at all, walk around with a DS in their pockets on just to see if they'll find another person on bark mode. Not sure if that was the intended use of bark mode, though. XDAn actual dog would be more fun, though more expensive. I guess it would be okay for people with allergies... ah, my brain just took a vacation.
  12. I would say that the Nintendo 64 was the best for me because of all the games I played on it, and all the time I spent on it. My dad got it for me for Christmas and it was my first game console. Super Mario 64 was my first game for it, and I would play it all night and day. Being young, it took me three years to beat it. XD Now I can beat it in a day or two, given if I get up to eat and sleep. Donkey Kong was enjoyable, as I played it from when I came home until eleven at night. I didn't even notice time go by! Now my Nintendo 64 is an old man, and resets at the slightest vibration. I keep it wrapped up in a towel in a cupboard, as it has given me a fulfilling childhood and deserves a nice retirement. Sadly, I found the Gamecube short-lived... but remember that all of this is just my opinion. I'm glad that it ended its life with a great game... Twilight Princess. As for the hand held consoles, I would have to say DS. It's innovative, though games for it are slowing-coming. What I'm truly hoping for is DS to Wii connectivity like they had for the Gamecube. I don't know if you know, but the Gamecube had some sort of extension that fits to the bottom of the Gamecube, adding a port for Gameboy and Gameboy Advance games to be played on the TV. This is the reason why I didn't choose the other hand helds, even though they held more sentimental value than the DS. I don't know how they will incorporate the touchscreen factor to such a device, but it would be something if they could.
  13. Is this the storm chasers who have the TIV? If so, I've watched a marathon... and it was very disappointing that the camera man didn't get his money shot. For IMAX Films, was it? I don't remember.

    Sup?

Yes, I have been looking through the stickies and have become more comfortable with the credit system. Hopefully I will be able to mesh well with this community and that I will have plenty to say, as I will need it. XDThank you for welcoming me.
  15. Decisions... decisions... there are so many types I would want to be, but I love the idea of being able to fly. A crow or raven appeals to me, even though they are more like scavengers by nature. This is because not too long ago, a crow or something few into my friend's window because she had left it open all night to let in some air. She said that the mere weight of the animal landing on her leg woke her up, and she was about to grab it but stopped short when she saw its talons and beak. The thing regarded her with boredom as it slowly waddled over to the heavy cloth drapes and threw them aside, squeezed through the window, and flew away.Epic.

    Sup?

Yeah, hello. I just registered not too long ago. I'm interested in the free hosting and not quite sure how this credit system works, as I've never seen this before. I'm also a bit shy and I'm rarely serious. Does this community frown upon silliness? It's not like I do barrel rolls all the day, but I do occasionally... eh... roffle.So... feel free to ask me questions about me... I'm pulling up blanks on what to say right now.
  17. Hmm, I don't understand. By best do you mean best based on sentimental value or best because of games, specifications, and so forth?
