i agree with zach101 . The pc you won't to buy won't even run Photoshop perfectly and if you run more applications together you will need more memory . I recently bought a new Pc (3 months ago) with the following specs: -AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+ -2 x 1 GB Dual Channel DDR2 800 MHZ memory -Samsung SATA2 250 GB HDD -Gainward NVidia 8600 GT Golden Sample GLH 256 MB DDR3 (625/1800/1400 MHZ)- A Deluxe ABIT motherboard . And this is somehow a medium range pc . So what pc did you bought ?

i'd say it's easier to create a good website with quality content on your own domain , get lots of traffic to it and then get profit from adsense . I don't know about this youtube partnership but as far as i'm concerned , i won't try it since you can hardly make money with it . But if you post lots of videos on Youtube , lots of high-quality original videos , then you might have a chance .

i'll stick to dual booting xp with vista . I made some experiments on ubuntu on a vmware station . The problem is that there isn't enough software for linux based OS.

the asus eee pc was ment for the developing country and there it will be even cheaper .Basically , you can browse the internet with it , do small things . It has a really small flash drive so you can't do much with it .

I use Dreamweaver for coding and Photoshop CS3 for graphics . This combination is used by most people . I also tried MS expression web but i think it sucks .

these days it's not so important so have good meta tags because google doesn't use them too much in his algorithm . The title of the page is way more important and so are the links that point to your pages . But having some meta tags won't hurt your rankings so it's ok .The name of the html files are factors in Google's algorithm and it's better if you use the title of the page as names . I think that's the best way .
