This isn't really cheats.You can only do this in single player, and it's the same for everyone for everyone. No advantage for you.If you play single player first type: sv_cheats 1Then type: noclipand see what happens

According to Rockstar Games, GTA IV wont come out for pc. They say it only comes out for 360 and PS3.Approximately the same happened to all the other GTA games. I think They'll release to PC at some point.What do you think?
