as you installed wordpress, did you have any problem while it was checking web server (php config or php.ini) ?

my OS is win xp service pack 2. it has few problems as well like java is not working on it. i can't update it and i can't run it (i get funny massages).could possibly changes in RAM slat sort the problem?and how can i check RAM specs? where is it?thnx

just to update you after i uploaded Drupal files, i went to the subdirectory and I got this error => now I'm going to try b2evolution i will tell you the result. any suggestion, any idea?

Hi Allfew weeks ago I bought two DDR (not DDR2 i have old motherboard and i don't feel i need to update it) 256Mb RAM while I had just one 256 Mb RAM. now from time to time computer crashes, showing blue screen and it says it's dumping memory in physical memory or something like that. (also the other typical massage that if you recently installed a hardware disconnect it and ... )my friend told me it happens because i bought different brand of RAM than I had before so the old one is not compatible with new one and i have to exchange the old one and get one from the new brand.now I'm in a dilemma should change the old one ? or the new ones could be defected and they should be changed.

Hi everyone Recently i tried to upload a personal blog. as I know a bit of PHP programming I was looking for a free open source PHP blog. first I tried Wordpress out but there was few problems that i needed to change php.ini or .htaccess file and also some other PHP settings. as i was trying it out on a free web host i didn't have access to php.ini. so i have changed it from Wordpress to bblog , i have installed it successfully and i followed it's safety instruction (deleting install folder and install.php and CHmod config.php )then i got another problem i couldn't log in !!!! so I deleted bblog as well (i was not happy from the beginning with bblog because it was not updated from 2005) right now i'm trying drupal, if it doesn't work i will go for phpbb. it's kind of getting funny now. - do you have any suggestions about free, open source php mysql blogs? thanx

yo- first thing i noticed, it's coming up slowly, probably because of the image used on the top, that's a massive 500kb picture. i have optimized and attached it. now it's 55kb and you would hardly see any difference. please don't use any picture over 50kb. about the picture design i you use one picture and add few art work which says something that would sound better than blending and mirroring few of them. i have attached a file to show what i mean, ignore butterfly, they are symbol of artwork, you can use much much better art work, have a look at coca cola web site you will find gorgeous curvy artworks there. the picture i used means (to me) that this site is opening a door for fans. if you think more about ideas and spend more time on it (i just spend 5 min for this one while normally i spend few days) you will get come up with beautiful artworks.- secondly, although the picture and navigation bar background is black the page background is white, the proportion and combination doesn't make sense to me, if you change main background color to black would be better.- thirdly reorganize tables, alignments doesn't look right.+ as a general advise have a look at other fan site as well, choose the best one and try to do see why that's better in your mind, apply reasons to your website if you care.it was my honest idea about your website. So far i'm not proud of websites i have designed so don't hate me.at the end, well done if you had more than 100,000 visitors.
