I got the debit card from my local bank and I do not know how it's possible to transfer kind of internet cash to my debit card. The local bank does not have online services on the official web-site. Well in the UK they have launched the Tuxedo card. Its a pre-pay credit card that you can use in shops or online but isnt linked to a bank account. You have to top it up by going to a shop and loading money on to it or doing it online. but i dont think you can use it in an ATM.
The other option is to setup another bank account and transfer money to it when you want it to spend

DVD-TO-DIVX is a good software to convert a DVD movie to a Divx file! but its not free....you will have to buy it...trial version available

There is plenty of software to do this. Seriously, just type it in google and you will get a ton of results. If you want to make sure you have great results, google this with tutorial appended and you will get good tutorials on how to do it from those who do it alot.

You can try HandBrake, it is an open source converter which I use to convert my DVDs to a format readable by my iPod.

And I'm not actually satisfied with them, because the downloading speed is too slow. Imagine, someone want to download you uploaded files, for what your account is getting credited, and the downloading speed is slow, therefore, the users might cancel due to download speed. So, your files may not be downloaded frequently, then, your getting less money. That's main problem in both of them.Please, post the programs you know which are better than the ones in my list.

I would like to record some video captured by my VCR video camera to my laptop. Camera's name is Sony HandyCam, but the model-I do not know. Which is good software for it? Just, list the ways or method I can do it. Actaully, I need to record a video or transfer it from the tape to hard drive.

Personally, I like the XP much better. But Vista is not bad. The problem in Vista, some soft does not work under it. And that soft is not available under Vista system.

You might try to search that script (IP Tracking) on the warez web-sites. Or try to go to google search engine and type ip tracking system (or without the word "system"), after that you add "warez" or "rapidshare". It always works for me when I am trying to get something.

Just, randomly. The way I learned it is try and error method. Like, know giving posts in forums as well as reading many replies explaining the functions and other crap fot HTML.
