hey mate!that is really cool option you can access through firefox. there is also one more way to access your cache, and even find some downloaded movies or videos on your computer. just show your hidden files go to c:\documents and settings\application data\firefox. Of course this is not proper root, as i can't really remember proper root couse there is so many application datas and users on computer, but if you browse those folders for a while i'm sure you can find it!

I'm also using notepad to write code, but when on linux i just use kedit. operating system is both linux on one computer and windows on another. i'm starting to get into linux, but i need some programs on windows so that's why i'm using two computers.

i think HP laptops are great and affordable to anyone. i really don't know requirements for ms flight simulator, but you should go out and check for HP laptop that meets those requirements. i bought real cheap nx 7300 and i like it a lot. the thing is that same laptop configuration is slightly faster then same Pc one. but if you are already playing ms flight simulator you should really consider buying PC so that you can connect more LCD monitors to it and enjoy the game even much more

Don't worry, or at least don't get yourself killed. Xisto is free hosting service, and like many other hosting services it has periods of downtime. Don't think it's down only couse your gay site is down. Just becouse your gay doesn't mean everyone is after you, like maybe your parents are! That just not right. I'm fond of gay people, i like to be around of gay people, but this is not gay service, it's serious service with many worries on their mind.Do you think that admins of this site should kill themselves only because your site is or my site or any other site is down! OF course not. It is normal for someone who is providing bandwidth to have time that bandwidth is not reacheable. It's normal, just like beeing gay! :)So don't wory, or at least don't kill yourself, couse even if you do, dowtime is going to be fixed, and your site is going to be online soon again!

viruses have progressed but so has knowledge of internet users. at first when you start using internet it's easy to get a disease but with time as you start to understand good from bad online virus risk drops from 98% to, well i would sam 0%. for me, i don't have neither anti-virus or firewall tool or any spyware/malware removal tool. feel free to hack my un updated windows XP and i will congratulate you.what is virus?it can be dangerous, but common sense tells you where you can catch a virus. if you go running around naked on cold and snowy day or if you cut yourself and don't use some sort of medicine you will catch a virus. same is with computers! if you surf on pages that are in their own meaning scamalicious, like porn sites, warez sites or similar, you DESERVE to get a virus! those sites are nests filled with all sort of viruses, and if you don't protect yourself with some sort of medicine you will be infected!as for normal user, which knows few great websites, he doesn't even need tools for protection. so, if you are sick person visiting all sort of suspicious porn sites or crack/warez sites then you'll be even sicker. but if you are normal, then you will not be infected with this "dangerous" thing called a virus.

yeah, that is true! it is and should be illegal everywhere but, well, there are countries that allow using any kind of fraud systems (i don't want to name them) so that you can do buisness from there so that they can live from taxes you pay them. it's funny, but well, not every country is successful like us or EU where (well in some countries in EU its allowed) but in most you have Abuse services where you can report IP-s and then person who is spamming, sending chain letters or referrer links are disconnected from their adsl service (yea here we still have only aDSL). as for that, even spamming on forums or newsgroups and insulting members can result with loss of abusers internet service.

there are some services on internet with which you can even make some money. imagine them as scamers, so all you have to do is to scam them and try to get most of it. services which require such things as referrals or piramid schemes are stupid in their own meaning, but that doesn't mean you maybe can't make some money on them if you try really hard. what i would do is to buy one more computer and use it behing proxy of some sort. you can make many free email accounts (and i mean 1000nds) in just few days and use them to register behind proxy to your refferal link while you create autosurf firefox on other computer. SCAM THE SCAMERS that's what i say. if i had no life at all i would try to do that, but now i think it's just a waste of time. couse time is money, your time should be YOUR money, not someone else'salso by using wmvare or similar software you can create multi boot, mulit resolution, multi os's computers and share internet on all of them, and assign different proxy IP to any. that requires some knowledge, and dude, when you know how to do that, you will not need such stupid things as referral linksalso when you get to the minimum cash that they are paying, if they don't pay you imediatly report that so that other people know you scammed the scammers!

Imagine that Xisto can offer 17 megs of free hosting to any member registered to this forums. I mean, 17 megs of space shoudn't be too much fot this huge hosting company like Xisto. You would only need to geather 100 credits on forums, with ultra quality posts and you can get your 17 megs of space for at least one year.I think it's great idea, don't you?

it's just not the same that you have to write the post! i mean, i HAVE to write the post each day even if i don't have anything to say. mods can delete posts that are pure spam, but most post that are like "oh cool mate, i'm sure gona use this" or similar are just the same as any other spam. i'm sure that people really mean that, but then you have like 100 posts a day that are like that. it's annoying to see all those answers, and not a single constructive and meaningful conversation. i didn't mean he forgot to support members. i meant that he forgot his original idea. ok, i understand that he's a busy man who works a lot. my posts are not to insult but to remind him on his idea. you saw what he wrote. he said that he wants to provide good hosting. he manages that with trap. but this is not perfect. and now it can be better. people will appreciate it i can guarantee that, and he has power to do that - why don't do it! i got few mails from trap that say we made this, we made that! even the one where they move to new, bigger location! woaha, that's great, that's awesome. so why don't ease up a bit on people here, and give even more for lot less. posts are not money! Xisto doesn't earn any money from our posts. heck, even opaque himself removed adsense and banners from forums, and told that they are not needed for the forums... so it's free. but, it can be even more - psychically free - if you just think about it for a while. vB is masivly faster then IPB. i can feel the difference couse i'm member of some even larger forums, with 3k + members online that are using vB, and when i browse through it's a lot faster than ipb. i guess it's not a hosting problem since xisto is hosting company, so it can be only forums problem right! now it's my fault that i have an opinion and i'm talking about it. when i'm saying that this can be better, and writing post about it i'm raising credits. but if i just talk how wonderful it is, and how happy i'm about it then it's not?! it's great. but it can be even greater. just think about it for a while...

sure it is allocated. space is the least problem for servers, everybody knows that. proc and RAM is the most important component. i'm just saying that what i'm thinking. shame nobody is listening. Xisto doesn't need to push users for posts! the same thing that made this forum great is now killing it. just look at the posts and read them. most of them are spam posts from users who have to write something or they'r gonna lose their hosting acc. i really don't have emotional connection to this forums, but it's funny how admins don't see what are they turning in to. shame, real shame they don't care about it...

oh come on, get real. even the whole credit system is not even needed for this community. ok, at first when it was in beginning, then admin Opaque got this wicked idea. now instead of moving these forums on vbulletin software which is obviusly 10 times faster then ipb, and maybe give hosting just based on reputation, as i belive xisto can afford this service to be a freebie as a gratitude to launching their buisness to new level... installing and moving to vbuletin software, would create simpler working environment, and even better forums, and i bet there would be a great boost of members on this forums.. hosting should be solved totaly different. that would be proof that xisto didn't forget members who launched it in first place. now it looks like they are to busy doing their business instead of giving some gratitude to members who promoted this place in first place, and change few things around here so that it stops beeing so way behind on the rest of the internet forums...

i agree with you anwiii. some users really don't know what are they talking about, but claim that know better. this is great and legit tutorial. i also saw it before but i have seen my friend use that search engine, and he make it easy. people stop talking about things you have no idea about.

this is not encouraging, this looks more like forcing users to write posts and that is not cool at all. i think Xisto can be much cooler and lot less evil (in google slogan evil meaning, not real evil meaning) if this credits don't go below zero. you don't understand. we are hosted on same servers. even if it says to me that i have 500 megabytes of space, i did not spend those resources until i really have 500 megabytes of space full on my account. this is just a limit notification. so even if my account is suspended i don't waste any space to other members. first vote was Yes, and My vote is NO!!

Hello dear XistoI can see that you have this thing called negative credits. When i don't post on forums that many then my credits go in minus. So when i am not on forums then credits drop below 0 and continue to go below zero. I was looking for good post to post, but me couldn't find good post on whole forums. I understand that you need credit to be hosted, and that is cool, but why don't you just suspend my account when i come to 0, and then leave it suspended, but don't count down in minus, because it is not good idea to go in minus. If you go my credits in minus then i need find some topic, and force my self to write something but then it looks like i am spammer, but i am not spammer.I will put poll on this topic, and you will see people will agree that minus credits is not good idea.Thank you for your understanding.

I'm using Intel Celeron on 666Mhz now, and it is slow, when i come to my friend computer he has many MHz and RAM, and you can play many games. Single quotes are used to display character as it is. If you are using single quotes you don't need to, and you can't escape special characters. This should write $linkOne = '<a href="http://forums.xisto.com/; title="my favourite place"> link one </a> ';

if there is total number of credits more then INT value of string is then maybe it goes crazy when that value is reached. it can be problem in C++ when working with big numbers. dunno about php.
