Hey all i had an issue like that where i have my main pc connected to my ultra speed modem via usb cable and had some trouble sharing the connection to my dd wrt router via the etherney adapter and my final solution was to turn the wan connection off in the routers gui then setting the dhcp to forward and setting the dhcp server's to match the motems dhcp addresses and put a check mark in the set router to switch mon box all of which is on the roughters basic setup page in the roughters gui every thing is running great exept now i cant access the roughters gui from my browser would like to access to make some security changes but im afrade ill have to do a 30/30/30 to revert back to factory defaults inorder to setup security befor finaly setting ics if any of you know a way around this it would be great thnx.

Another 2 cents. I am Cuban and I really understand your point on power outages.Try to find a UPS. Even the old ones which have stopped to function on desktops, many still works on laptops as laptops use much less power. Besides UPS batteries are normally cheap than laptop ones, which is the main cause of UPS failure (I have opened the VRLA batteries seal to add distilled water, but I do not suggest anyone to do so, unless you really know what you are doing). By the way VRLA batteries have a much longer life span than Li-Ion ones.Charge Li-Ion batteries to 80% and take it off the laptop, keep them cool (optimally from 15º C to 20º C) as long as you can. Recharge Li-Ion the less the better. Then you will have the longest possible battery life span and are protected from power outages by your UPS. If you need to move on or the power outage takes longer than UPS power do, still you have your batteries ready. Modern UPS are "smart" enough to be connected via USB and hibernate your computer when they are approaching end of charge. Anyway when running on battery power, else laptop's or UPS, I advise to make frequent saves of your work, which is always faster than have to redo your work. You forgetting that some schools/unviirsities are boarding school where some are unable to have their on internet and the internet that is provided is block enven after school. I know that its like that at my current school. Its really annoying.

Well I think that in the next 20 years there won't be any superpower or potential superpower country. I think that all these superpowers; USA, China, Russia, India, EU,.....etc will try to unite and form a one world superpower. If u look at all these superpower countries from a general perspective all of them have their own advantages and disadvantages/pros and cons i.e one country might have the advantages of the other. E.g. The USA has the best defence capability in terms of military structure,and equipment whereas China has the biggest no. of military personnel but are not well equipped. So u see they will try to unite in order to eliminate the disadvantages of the other. That's why we have the UN, to enable all countries to agree to a common term and to prevent one superpower from becoming too powerful than the other which in simple terms means to prevent a World War 3 from happening. But, in regards to this, time is the ultimate factor; anything can change in 20 years.... P.S. This is from my own point of view from watching world news and reading online headlines....so if reading this happens to cause any trouble please forgive me....

I think you, first of all, need to define invisibility for yourself, and that's where your scepticism gets in the way. A lot depends on how a articular type of invisibility works as well. Here , we are talking about psychological invisibility, which, even though, does not operate on the physical level, does indeed produce the impression or illusion of the actual science-fictional invisibility. Whether you body is physically present or not is beyond the point. Our actual goal is to become unnoticed and ignored by people. Trust me, this is quite sufficient. One of the methods that worked in my case, was actually wanting to be noticed, and wanting to have a lot of friends while feeling as if it's absolutely crucial to my survival. All of a sudden people started ignoring me. I ended up completely alone and unnoticed. Literally, no one would even look in my direction, or tried to have a conversation with me. It's an amazing feeling. You feel like you can do so much. These days, I'd like to experiment with actually reversing the method where you need to WANT to be invisible instead by imagining yourself transparent. I think you also need to kind of draw yourself in.

Why to work manually when there are some tools available to do all the required work. Software's which i recommend to hide folders and files are TrueCrypt and another one is Lock a Folder. Hope it helps!

Maybe you should consider online high school options. I'm kind of in the same boat. I am 37 y/o. I dropped out midyear of my senior year. Still can't really figure out what was going through my head at the time. One day the air in my head just got too hot and I just got stuck on stupid. Over the years I had been able to fake it. Worked my up into managing restaurants and even worked my way into a position of National director for and insurance claims management firm but it was inevitable that I would eventually get found out which I did. Now I am a 37 y/o truck driver and I have tons of time while I drive to reflect on what my life has come to. I've found several online high schools that will allow me to get my diploma while on the road. Unfortunately my lifestyle matched my corporate level income so I'm not able to stop working to go to school but this may be an option for you as well. Be sure to check the accreditation of the school to be sure that your diploma will be accepted by your higher education choice (college, university, tech......). Penn foster high school offers programs and if you Google them you'll get plenty of other results to check out as well.
