In the states debit cards have more info on them than Canadian ones from what I'm told. That extra info is similar to the info on credit cards (expiration date for example). When adding a debit card to your paypal account it will ask for this information, which you cannot enter if you are using a Canadian debit card, and it will not work without that information. -reply by Drew

I have had to deal with scratches on CD's as well, what I have found to work pretty well is, creamy peanut butter, just rub a thin layer on the scratch, and let it dry, then take a soft cloth to rub the remaining peanut butter off, have fixed several that way, and they play fine, just my cheaper way to fix a scratch,

@icedragon: Text rpg's have a certain elegance. It can get annoying playing a graphical rpg with anything less than full-3d dynamicly-lit displays. I hate games that show the "interesting" world in flat sprites. On top of that, text rpg's can do tricks that other games (or Choose Your Own Adventure books, for that matter) can't: hidden secrets, interactive descriptions, requirements to keep track of things, etc. The original Advent/Colossal Cave is an example of how the text-based format can be used for some neat tricks. The other advantage is that text-based can be a ton easier, especially if you want a customized or unique product. You don't need to learn 3d graphics or buy an engine to do that, or spend weeks on concept art and graphic creation. Their simpler design also makes them a lot simpler to find and eliminate glitches. -reply by Cody

As a 17 year old I have played war based games like call of duty witch is a great group of games. If you don't want your kids to play this games that is fine but if they want to talk to you about it I think that it would be fair. War games or just killing games will most liking not change your kids live or make them want to go buy a gun and kill people. I think that the right time to give your kids those games (if they want it) is about 12 or 13 or when you think that it is right to give it to them. A lot of people think that if you give a kid a game about killing people that they will go out and start killing people. No they wont. All you have to do is truth your kids with every kid it is different. intergrated graphics problemI Cant Get Monitor To Work With New Mobo And Video CardThe last 3 motherboards I have bought ( ASus and Gigabyte), the onboard graphics have not worked. The monitor I have, which I know works fine, just gives that message about "No signal," and the light turns yellow. Very frustrating for me as this is the 4th time I'm attempting to install this MB in a new case I have. The 1 ram stick I have is an Ultra 2gb. I took it out of the slot, and moved it to the other..No good. The fans are all running, the keyboard lights up, the DVD light comes on. The cpu is new.. As the heatsink. When your Magic Level reaches 55 and when you obtain 60 Fletching..You are able to make Yew Shortbows. Find a Clan that does Nature running ( If you run 1000 pure essence you get 2000 Nature runes). Make Yew Shortbows and High alch them..You will make 480 gp from each bow (make sure it has been equipped with a bowstring). This may take time but you are also getting great xp for Fletching and Magic..Can you say hello skillcape =P. Eventually after doing this many many times, you will be able to Fletch magic bows and such..Which are worth 960 gp when High alched..(shortbows) Good Luck

It's because of the Task Bar Settings (Keep The Task Bar On Top of Other Windows) Radio Buttin is ON. Right Click on th Task Bar, deselect "Keep The Task Bar On Top Of Other Windows" and you should be all set. Using full screen for retail stockroom kioskDo You Use Browser In Full Screen Mode For Browsing?Hi, We use full screen for a touchscreen kiosk in the backstock area of the shoe department and other places, running an app that lets staff with hands full of boxes wave a barcode past a reader in a stand and see all the availability (not counting what is in customers' hands on the way to the registers -- which sometimes matters) by size, color, and store locations. Full screen allows viewing the maximum of related merchandise without scrolling and allows getting all our locations across the page. The browser is also used to look at vendor websites and such to answer customer questions or to facilitate placing a special order, so there's no telling what the configuration might be when the server side gets its chance to send a screen load. We want to put the current window into full screen if not already. Latest FireFox in full screen seems to simply scroll the address and tab bars off the top, so if you mouse to the top edge of the screen, they roll back down. Or in our case, use a simple touch gesture at the upper edge of the touchscreen. So we claim legitimate reasons to want to go into / out of fullscreen from JavaScript. Alas, it's been spotty, tho I haven't tried it with the latest releases. We also use Windows appearance settings to enlarge the scroll bars and controls so they can be easily operated from a touchscreen.
