NFSU 2 is going to be a very good game, bus i think they should of done day mode where you are racing day time.But not the point, the point is that in 2 version you drive around the city and you choose who to race, there are tuned up cars all round the city, looking to burn their tyres.That game is going to be briliant.

You can use flash to your advantage, but not to overuse (abuse) it. While researching on road-map development of where Mambo CMS was heading towards, I stumbled across Mambo Awards for best site using Mambo, the best site is by Mambo Solutions which you can see at http://www.mambosolutions.com/ , to me, they have used flash well. Not completely in flash, but enough to make a site that much better. I disagree with using flash for menus unless waiting time is minimal, being able to get to the links and what the viewer is looking for is more important than to have them waiting because they've got no navigation means. People will not notice small sections of flash though, I had already been to Mambo Solutions and didn't realise the heading till I saw it on the awards, only then was I interested in the look of it. So I suggest, unless you're wanting people to look at your site because of how awesome you've made it then you should go with it, because you're expecting them to view the site for it's looks and not the content. Visualise your target audience and make it how you see fit, looks, content or a bit of both, it's up to you in the end. Cheers, MC

Yeah This Is Crazy I Have No Ideah What The Prob Is Was There Then Poof Its Gone Shows The Database I Can Even Get Into Cpanel Shows The Site Listed Unless Theres A Prob With The SQL Info Maybe Something I Did Wrong But At This Point No Ideah Is There Someone Out There That Can Help Me Resolve This Prob TY So Much

Try bootong the machine into windows safe mode or dos prompt mode by pressing F8 when your machine has passed the bios screen. then choose the boot option and see if you can start your machine. but it sound like you might have another problem. because i have started many machines which had almost no space left 8mb and the only problem was that the machine was very slow and kept on giving a warning low disk space. let me know if i can help with anything else.

I was watching the news and I saw that these 2 guys from aus built this dolphin shaped boat, its got a huge engine, and it dives and does most of what real dolphins can. They are going to show it at the NZ big boys toys convention if ne1 lives there

I think I also had this problem, when trying to upload from either my computer, or from imageshack... Finally I just stocked my avat/sig on my site, allowed hot-linking (yep, so don't abuse), and used the "Link to off-site Avatar" option, and it works ! Could there be an issue with the upload ? :roll: I don't see any difference, they both seem to offer the same deal... (same filetype, same filesize)

The only thing that i dont like about it is that its hard to "get around" i think, but most ppl think differently, but definately good speed and good security.

Just look where Microsoft are at, they were the first to market "a specific product" which made them successful. I quoted "a specific product" as the rights to whether it was their product is unknown, and it's likely it will never be unfolded as it's quite sketchy back in those times. Well considering you're not the first to market your web site, then you're really looking at competing with what's out there. To be honest the best way is to have something that no one else has, and to tell people of the site, and hopefully word of mouth becames your stronghold in marketing, so it's got to be impressive and only good replies come out of it. You can't really put a "cost effectiveness" on it, if this is one of your sources for income you have to work out potentially what you'll get back, put a value to the unforeseeable future and Live life to the fullest! (all work and no play, is not a future). Now this can give business nightmares, small business usually opt for static pages that they can create or get others to create for them, now depending on the professional look, expected content to find, determines whether the page will fade from existance, although your reputation will draw a few noisey people to it, others may not even have time to look at sites or even use a computer, you will find a lot like that. You still need to market it though for it to really be successful. If you're in business, you have to actually act like you are, or else the government comes down on you. Well over here they would, other places may slightly differ. What I'm saying is, like a business you want to be noticed, for your sake and the governments sake. It usually requires you to have your business details on every source of your documents you send out to people, which is usually why a lot of companies get "custom printed stationery" for their company's use. This should not be different from trying to get your website noticed. Everywhere you can put your web address, you should, every correspondence you send out, should have it on it. Try to find your target audience, those who will probably find some use out of your site, although try to target all and not just the main audience. To me new ideas or ways of doing things is a key factor, I have many ideas yet creating it is my only drawback, although the options are boundless I have to find the way or make the way and actually find the time to do so. This might be a reason why I take other people's ideas and make them beneficial for my own use, as it is quite a lot of work reinventing. Cheers, MC
