You're right, this is indeed a very nice service. The best free one you get on the whole internet!Can't you make a forum with remarks/felicitations/complaints about the service? Where we can post such messages? I suppose at least 95% will be positive.

They make money with the google ads on the top of the forums and in the cpanel. They also provide paid hosting. (I saw it once, but the link dissapeared, can you post it somewhere?)They are probably paid every time a page is loaded or you <- snipped -> ads. I hope for them it's enough to ensure the future of this service. So I suppose you should click sometimes on their links, as I do. They offer reseller hosting for next to nothing. FHN also places google adds on the main page. They also have adds in Cpanel. Other than that, I don't believe there is any other (visible) way they generage income.

Posting cool many times in a forum, is maybe an 'original' idea to show that you really like their service, but you have to think of all the work they have, to add everyone who requested free hosting manually. This is not done in a few minuts and I suppose it's very annoying work. So please, make it as easy as possible for them and don't spam! This is really a great free service you get. Be thankfull.

I was just wondering for a advertisement program that is shared by eveyone who wants it. I suppose nobody that is hosted here can apply with his website for google ads. They only pay you if you reach 100$. But if you split it up into many websites... That's NOT wanting money from FNH! And I know this was a stupid idea. The problem is on every forum, even this one. But they are up now. And I hope it will stay that way. If you can solve this problem, then freenukehosting will not only be the best free webhost, it will have a huge advance, and even better than most paid webhosting services. Some of them don't even offer SQL databases or only one.

I higly reccomend you buy or download an ftp client such as FlashFXP it is far superior to dreamweaver with ftp. then connect to: ftp.astahost.com with your username and password or ftp.yoursite.astahost.com with your username and password. Anything in the public_html folder is visible to the world by defalut unless you edit the permissions of fiels (CHMOD). And basically a file like index.html or php will should as the index for your folders (including public_html) unless you otherwise eidt the index files of each folder through your cpanel or .htaccess. Eg if you upload a file called index.html to your sites public_html folder the url to this files would be http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ or if you had a parked domain http://ww38.yoursite.com/index.html Hope I helped

If you look carefully you will find a link which says parked domains from their you can add the domain you have pointed to Xisto. If you are still unable to find the parked domain link for some strange reason i suggest you change themes of your cpanel, then it may be easier to find.

Their are no file size limits at Xisto, thats the beauty of it.As far as I know flash i enabled as I have seen many Xisto sites which utilise flash. The only limits are your bandwidth and space provided.
