Since there is no option for intermediate I voted as advance. I work freely and comfortable with html, Dreamweaver, photoshop, and have some knowledge of php, JavaScript, etc.... not to say DTP software like QuarkXpress, pagemaker, etc.

I've crosschecked many free portals, rather than the portal itself, it is how you are going to make use of it and also how far you can change the look of the site to be more users-friendly. I feel most of the portals are good including post-nuke, php-nuke, mambo, wiki, xoom to name few. I'm yet to use one though......

username.cool or username.sexy, etc. are what they are giving. I don't think this is anyway a free domain. they are just the subdomains I guess... Rather look out for cheap domain registration.
