Help me out please. I was trying to use a new anti virus program, Kaspersky. After I used it for one full scan my computer has gone totally mad! On the internet I cant open half the links, anything with javascript. on the bottom of my browser it just starts complaining... Even worse is the fact that I can't open my Windows Mediapplayer since the scan. It just says: 'internal application error'. I tried everything; uninstall, reinstall, I can use the mplayer2, but I'm used to the luxury of WMP10. Please help me out guys. My room is too quiet without my music....

Is god worthy of worship (or 'Why I'm not a christian')
iGuest replied to iGuest's topic in General Discussion
I dont necessarily say christianity is a bad thing. All communities need a focal point, and to that end religion kan come in quite handy. My problem with christanity is that they are always trying to convert you!I respect your opinion, and i realize that you respect Desmond Tutu, but the quote "A self-sufficient human being is subhuman" - i'm sorry - i find it both self-contradictory and a load of prattle. If humans weren't self-sufficient, the human race wouldn't exist today. Humans have always been self-sufficient, as a group and as an individual within the group. As a group, in order to survive in a hostile world and as an individual, in order to survive the pecking-order and any separation from the group. -

Lol, it's not that bad; they didn't post at my request. And now I am allmost at the end. :lol:No, seriously this should be fixed. It's not fair. The requests should be treated in the order of the topic date, and old members should be first. Maybe a moderator can delete all those replies.

Thanks for the quirky info on "Clockwork". As for mentioning the above films I didn't particularly have time to list every last frigging one. Also at the time (about 5-6 years ago) I didn't exactly have complete access to Kubricks entire collection; I heavily relied upon my uncle's video collection:roll:. Other's that I've seen include Eyes Wide Shut; which is a fairly good film although not entirely my cup of tea; also Dr. Strangelove quite took me by surprise. I didn't think it would have been as good. The Killing, I've only seen the once; and as far as I know I'm not allergic to it...Trivia for you my friend Gohst. Did you know that Sterling Hayden is in both The Killing and Dr. Strangelove? Do not overlook Lolita; but again it's not everyone's cup on tea.

Wow you're really a designer Rift 1st -> I can hardly see anything 3/10 2nd -> I like the transparency of the nebularift text plus u made a fine artistic bacground there 8/103rd -> It's simple but it has a cool border and Dante looks so cool 7/10

Well then, site here: payl.blogspot.com. I made the design myself, obviously. The actual contents of the blog is of course an other matter entirely What do you think? As the viewers with mozilla can see, i still have things at html to figure out. IE displays it pretty the way i want it to. Haven't actually gotten into making it show properly on both, yet as the problems with mozilla aren't more than a scrollbar too much wich i can personally deal with.

FireFox is designed by people who made netscape but for computer geeks like I myself..not our fault if your to stupid or the people are to stupid to use it.It never said it was Computer Illterate friendly!

Whereas I do agree about letting FNH decide what to do. I believe something has to be done about it. Sol's topic along with about 20 others have all been blatently posted back by about 2-3 different users whom I won't name but should be obvious by now. When I went to post my request there were about 29 topics before mine. Now I'm the last topic. So some pricks have basically boosted about 20 (as around nine were given accounts) requests. Looking up the last post note. I saw the same name about 10-12 times in a row at the top of the board.Although this doesn't affect me directly, I feel that the obvious flirting of the rules on spamming and boosting requests should be dealt with.

Firefox rules once you learn it. You can set downloads to ask where you want them or set in Preferences that they go to the same place always. There's also a download manager that can open the files or open the download folder.Blocking popups can be disabled or you can just look at the top of the window and open the pops for just that page or that site only always. Tabbed browsing is good because it takes up less memory than havins separate pages open. You just need to be aware of what you are doing. When pages are made in proprietary non-W3-compliant code, who knows who can read them and for how long before the originators decide to change their approach or stop supporting their go-it-alone code variants all together. Firefox is compliant.Security is way better and it's not Micro - #$%@& - soft.
