I really like the background, looks awesome. It says genral talk, looks like a small misspelling. I'm not a big fan of the topic, so I'm not signing up, not sure about the topbanner, looks alright to somebody who's not familiar with the topic. Is that for 800x600? On my 1024x768 it doesn't go al the way from the left to right.... But still, it looks pretty great altogether.

I like it, you obviously put a lot of effort in to it. I'm using 1024x768, you might want to add a little something on the side for those users. But it looks pretty damn tight!

I think I know a modification that can detect inative member, etc...
