I vote custom. I always build my stuff myself.I hate any brand computers (not just mac's) :wink: Brand computers always have some proprietay stuff in them, which limits their usability.

I don't like pay per lead and percent of the sale ads. On this moment pay per <- snipped -> are the best for me, because I think some users will click on my ad. But the CPM banners (pay per thousand views) is the best if you get a lot of money per thousand views and if the ads aren't popups or popunders. Fastclick ( http://www.conversantmedia.com/ ) is a network that has good ones, but I didn't get accepted by them, probably because my site isn't indexed yet by google. And I heared that's it's hard for small websites to get approved by them.At this moment I prefer CPC, is my answer.And about getting a lot of traffic, I think that discussion has to be in another thread; I'll create one right now.}

i would give i bit more texture to the anarchy sign, and smooth the edges of it a bit. they are a little too pixelated. other than that excellent work. rating:8/10

as previously mentioned, it is almost certainly a TOS violation and could get your site deleted w/o warning. that being said, i could probably find a way to do it, but since different hosts use different methods, there isnt 1 way. i would need to see how the host sets it up to find a couter-measure.

you can code PHP (which is an aconym for pretty home pages) in any text editor that saves files as straight text. I recommend ConTEXT which is absolutely free and very well featured. and yes, you can use php in html, as long as the server supports php

a potential solution to the activiy question could be to add a points/store modification in which each user with hosting needs to periodically (for example every 3 months) purchase a "renewal" for their account, and can, if they need to, purchase a few in advance if they need to be away for a while

I would just use PHPbb plus hacks seeing as how IPB is no longer free.
