I tried to watch Spirited Away but it was just too boring. I might watch it in the future. As for animation, are you including stop-motion animation such as The Nightmare Before Christmas or the Wallace & Grommit series? Because these are above regular cell animation in my opinion. Although, dont get me wrong cartoons are fantastic. I just cant think of any good full length cartoons oh wait The Jungle Book is awesome.

Rose Red...isn't that the film from the Stephen King book Rose Madder? I have the book, but they sometimes change a lot of things in book to film releases. No, maybe it isn't? I'll go have a look through the book and see if it has anything in it about bleeding walls. As a note, a lot of Stephen King books are turned into mini-series rather than straight films...so four hours may be right.

Okay...it's not as bad as I maybe made it out to be. I'll admit; there are some good parts that are freaky and would make you jump a bit. But it was just the overall film that I didn't like. So unfortunately one scene or two doesn't make a good film in my books. Darkness Falls, that's that film about the tooth fairy. Don't take this the wrong way but I feel the same way about it as well. One or two good wee scares and then the overall film is totally duff. At that time too many horror films came out trying to be smart and have really freaky "living in the dark" creatures; etc...they just spoiled each other.
