if it's a 4 hour mini series the first movie that came to mind was rose red that i saw a bit of on usa and all i remember is that it revolved around a house and doors would chop people's limbs off cuz i dont have the attention span to watch all of it

On phpBB? Well, you know, you could view the instructions, which are included in the MOD's zip file. It should be entitled readme.txt, install.txt, or something else like that (it may be in an HTML format, depending on which shoutbox MOD you're trying to install).

When windows 'delete' files it doesn't really delete them. They are still there and can be easily recovered. Windows just delete the first marker of that file, so it knows that it can re-use that space. The rest of the file is left intact, so it's just a matter of replacing that marker!

and also, once the cash mod is installed, there is a store mod that can be added that aadds lots of effects to the forum (username color, glow, and shadows, rank color, glow, and shadows, custom titles, etc) i still have both those mods in original dled .zip's shouls an admin want me to send them so they dont need to search
