If you need a portal, I recommend using php-nuke + phpbb because most people use it. If you don't need a portal, phpbb is free and reliable. Also, you might want to check out http://www.phpbbhacks.com/ if you need hacks/mods.phpbb can be downloaded from https://www.phpbb.com/

You could make a script that takes data from one db and xfers it to another. But thats a waste of time, unless ur exfering from one site to another via a direct connection. Or you could make a page that takes data from both db. But thats useless as well because mysql is much better and secure than MS access. Both of those are a bad idea cause the sequrity would be corupted
