I prefer console, doing it in PHP or SQL scripts, depends whether I'm working in the program or not at the time. Other than that, there's the web based alternative phpMyAdmin which is quite good. I haven't really looked into GUI's for MySQL although I've heard good feedback for SQLyog, maybe give that a go? Point and click methods are slower to me and there's really no need for me to use a frontend when I can plan everything out in advance, even just writing everything I want to happen in a text file and saving it for later references to see what structure I used in creating it. Well hopefully you find something that is suited to your needs. MC

No. It seems to be a bug. Once every 24 hours or so, you have to reset the permissions of your root directory index page. At least, that's what have proven necessary in my case. I really like the designs and the banner, although a lot of stuff in spelled horribly wrong. Like simple for an example you put semple (On the website). I'd fix those up if you want anybody to take you seriously. Also it shouldn't take you 6 months to start up your site if it's that easy, unless your on once a week for an hour a week...

as u can c its not done yet (v0.68) but were gettin there, it's totally from scratch, all coding is going to be updated so its ALL CSS, currently its mostly html. i made the entire thing, except for any editing w/ the new forums. thats all bendudes genius and stuff. the forums are hosted by the 8th-370th Black Devils (AA Clan) http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/. once i add the shout box it will be at v0.69 and wen we finish uploading the images it will be at v0.7. version 1.0 is aimed at this summer.
