Hey OpaQue, Important things you're missing is content, especially explaining the services you provide. I would also increase the text size a bit, it's too small, doesn't stand out. I would also give interesting headings/phrases instead of the usual Welcome to Xisto - Web Hosting. Maybe something along the lines of "If it's quality you want, then you want Xisto - Web Hosting", as an introduction instead, I just made that up by looking at your slogan and thinking it needed to be incorporated somehow, you can then later repeat this line within the content explaining what you do as I just noticed you have done in the paragraph. Now what to say about what you do just to make more content, well if it were me, I'd say things about our great quality website hosting at affordable prices, maybe state where the hosted servers are located, then explain more about what the hosting comes with and advantages, talk about the web hosting manager like CPanel or whatever it is. Talk about everything you've said on the right hand side of the screen as what every customer can expect, all here in your main introductory. This main introduction is vital, it's the decision maker in whether we like you or we don't. Colours used on the site, well, I'm not much into the light colours, but it is making the text harder to see, but it could be due to the smallness of the text but the light blue is definitely a problem. I would not over use Flash like that, it needs to be loaded everytime I changed to a different page, non-broadband people wouldn't be too impressed. Also the News, it's not interesting, informative, etc, spruce it up or remove it I suggest, there's a lot of technical jargon that people wouldn't understand, put it in simple but interesting terms, in fact you don't have to say that at all, just talk about power, speed, etc or explain the servers in terms of fast cars, like a Red Ferrari, give them imagination or comedy. I believe black is better than dark grey (or any grey for that matter) as text colour too but that's my personal opinion, I'm not sure who else shares that idea. I think you should state the currency used for the pricing of the plans. Most likely USD, but it's a waste of time for customers to email you asking if this is the case, more than likely they'd either assume that or not bother, it's also helpful especially for those who maybe interested and are from different countries and there are others around the world doing just this. I would seriously look at other competitors in this area and see what they are doing, someone I can suggest you should check out, just for the basic ideas of what you site should have is http://aotea.net.nz/ just by visiting them, you can get an understanding of what they do. Now their site may not be flash, or that exciting but they list their key things at the top, especially what sells for them is their low cost plans. They also provide a lot of information, may not be relevent but it's factual and interesting to read. I chose pointing you to them, because they have some ideas you really need to consider. There is quite a lot more I would suggest, but in the end, a new site would be in order as I really do think Flash is not for everyone, nor is having sound on the site. I might provide more information about what I would have done after there's more feedback on this. Cheers, MC
