That can be that it may not going to be easily solved. :DI have not yet experience unabling to access the cpanel. If I do, that means I must have reached the next step into the problem of this webhost.

Thank you CodeFX. But knowing that we are not all alone in this mess does help us a bit. There is a relief knowing that we have people who is also in this problem. So that way we are not alone in the problem. This comforts us. So I can say, my site is down. This is so disappointing to my newbies. I just open the site a few days ago. And now it is down.
