Ok thanks a lot, my question there has been answered (That if you can sell things)So my other question is no longer needed about switching, really all you would have to do is cancel your Paid Hosting then reorder a Reseller Hosting plan. And i have bought the "B" plan over 2 weeks ago (The $7 dollar one), space and traffic looks great, more then what i need but hey i like to have lots. ;)I just hope i get my account setup soon. :shock:

well considering hes trying to fix the free hosting so everyone can get there databases, and also considering the HUGE PILES OF RANDOM e-mails he gets every day, he might miss a hosting request, or maybe it got put in another folder by accident. Admin used to do all the accounts by hand, hes just not got a scripot to auto create accounts for him. And its a valid defense, hes one man running an EXTREMLY popular webhosting company.

I would think that paid would be the best for that. reseller is most often used when you're offering hosting yourself. And I have no idea about switching types of plans.

i dont know if admin offers switching, and for what u need, u just need paid, but if u want just get the $7 paid hosting, its awesome. And you can seel stuff with normal paid, but you cant sell web space and hosting, reseller is for selling HOSTING ACCOUNTS like the ones that FNH sells

i use namecheap, $8.88 for a .com and comes with there whois gaurd, which friggin rocks beyond beleif, and also they use a paypal funds system, which i think rocks, never hace to give them ur credit card. if u want a .info they ahve those on sale for $2.88 and it comes with whois guard, and if u want to know what that does, just do a whois on my domain, bet it doesnt say my name and address

it means your not allowed to buy a reseller, then give out free hosting like FNH used too. And with paid you get shell access, and with reseller you get WMH and shell. And you cant sell space to people with paid, you can give a freind or two a site using subdomain or addon domain, or you can just get reseller and sell them one. and also i do not know if reseller comes with a domain name, i jsut know paid doesnt or at least when i got it.

I don't think FNH registers domain names, and domain names definitally don't come with any of the plans. But I would recommend using aplus.net for registerring a domain name - it's only $5.95 for a .com and aplus has really good customer support. I use aplus.net if it counts for anything :|

If you are asking how to get free hosting, the first thing you need is to have posted 5 times in these forums. After you have 5 posts, you can request it in the proper forum.

If your asking if it gives you a free .com or something like that then no, you have to buy one yourself. If your asking if they register .coms' or something else like it then I'm not sure at all. 8)

as far as i know no, but i would use namecheap.com to register. i dont know about the reseller but i know the paid doesnt come with one

Well I can tell you right now, like the title said Reseller hosting is for selling your own webspace to customers. With the reseller hosting you have access to your own WHM and you can make your own paid host. If you just get the paid account you have the hosting to yourself and you could probably lend some space to a friend if you wanted to for free(no paying). 8)
