Nice, I thinking about making a blog too, I'm going to use Wordpress (https://wordpress.org/). I heard its easy to install and setup as long you have PHP, MySQL and cPanel provided by host.

I'm not a big fan of Marquee (its very old skool) but W/e. After looking at your code, you should try to implement CSS instead of using standard tables. Also design and create a lite website is much easier to do with Photoshop (if you have it). Check out these sites for some very nice tutorials http://www.good-tutorials.com/ http://www.w3schools.com/

Cashfiesta is one of the oldest (8+ years) pay-for-surf program if i'm not mistaken, during the dialup age, I used to have this program, and I definitely got my paycheck from them. Even though I stop this a while ago, I am sure Cashfisesta is legit.

I really want to start a small business too, something computer services related. But its hard to make money due to all the competitions out there. I dont know if its worth the time of a University student to start these types of business. Any stories and advices anyone?

I live in Canada, my ISP is Rogers. (3Mbs/40Kbs). Recently they started the 69GB cap which is the reason i'm going to switch to 3Web soon. ITs also much cheaper.

I use BitComet because it is one of the balanced BT client I've ever: doesnt require alot of memory, fast dl/ul, file selection before download, doesnt minimize to tray and loads of configurations (yet not confusing like azureus)

Here is how to shutdown faster: Turn off your monitor and leave!! I also agree with you. There is no point of speeding up the shutdown process, (unless they are refering to Restarting)
