I don't need a diet I just eat whatever I want, I actually need to gain weight but it seems that my body wont let me... I'm a really athletic person so maybe thats my problem. I guess the only advice I can give people is, quit sitting around on your butt doing nothing all day. Get out and exersise, stop drinking coke, eat food that is good for you. Thats all especially exersise.

If people don't like you because the way your wrists look, there is nothing wrong with you there is something wrong with them. I have small wrists and have no problem with it. There is no way that I will eat and eat just so my wrists look not as thin. I have no fat on my stomach, proud of it, and don't want to mess that up either. When you gain weight you can plus one thing but loose lots of other things. Just appriciate what you have and dont listen to those other people that are probably just jelous of how you look.

Ya know sorry if someone already said this but, you might be getting chiggers. Or red bugs, you get them when you walk through tall grass. The next morning you wake up and there can be many or few bites around soft areas or the socks you wore the day before. If you ware white socks it tends to be worse. To make the itching not so bad use vicks vapor rub.

Yeah, no math would be sweet for the people that sucked at it and hated it...But if it didn't exist well..the computer and well built houses and anything else that we know and love would either not exist or be built poorly. You know I herd if you "starve" yourself or cut calories, you do get very hungry huh? Well you know what happens next, the human race will usually give in to there hunger and eat and eat and eat. Then guess what, they just consumed there daily amount and it might be only that morning. People cant realy stick to there plans, because things can change.

This is a true story and it pains me to think back...... It was when I was eight years old I was in California visiting family with my grand parents and my aunt Vicky. In the hotel that we stayed in I had made a friend. His name was Roy he was nine years old, visiting a national park with his parents. We became realy good friends within the two weeks we knew each other. Then it was time to leave... my family and I were in the airport heading back to Louisiana, and I saw my friend! I was so happy. We got in the plane and wanted to sit by each other and talk so we all rearranged ourselves and did. We talked and had a good time, until the middle of the flight. It got bad a huge storm, turbulance was bad, the engines cut out several times. But the whole time he kept telling me "it will be ok", "dont worry". I wanted to cry so badly but he wouldn't let me. We then later made it to an airport. Not our original destination because of the storm, so we had to stay at a hotel over night. We [Roy and I] didn't know we had to go to a hotel for the night at the time so we said our goodbyes. He gave me a bracelet he was wearing and told me and said " Promise to remember me?" I said yes, then we said bye. Later that night my family and I made it to the hotel, there was a phone call...it was the Roy's mother. She said that they were just in a horrible crash on the way to the hotel and were at the hospital. Also said that he had a severe cuncusion. The next day I went to see if he was ok, I ran to his room like there was no tomorrow. Opened the door to see the nurse feeding him. I walked up to his bed and said " are you ok?!", " Im glad that you are". Then he just looked at me strait in the eye, his eyes weren't as full of life as they were before. Instead of the response I wished for he said......."who are you" I wished to cry didn't I just held on the bracelet he gave me and left. I haven't realy cried since.Someday I hope to see him again, If I can ever find him.

This might sound crazy but I have dreams that actually happen. One time I dreamed that we were run off the road on interstate by some car, and we spun out going across the highway. A semi was coming and we were hit on the side. Me and my mother died. Then sure enough about a week later it happened, except the semi didn't hit us and nobody died.

I like coyotes . I don't know why, the sound of them is freaky, yes. I'm not realy scared of any animal but there is a type of bug I am not fond of. The next day you wake up to a horrible itching and burning sensation that last for days on end! Resident evil is the shiznit!!!!! One second you can be walking on a path with no signs of life....or death. Then all if a sudden a friggin zombie or spider lookin dude falls from a tree or somthin. Maby a guy with a chainsaw....

I think dwelling on death just makes it harder to get over. My grandfather died the day after x-mas. I got over it by a week later, I did so quickly because it would be harder to think about that person ever again. My grandpa has had colon cancer ever since I was about two years old. He died about two years ago when I was thirteen, a hard age to let go of someone you love....It's actually hard to let go at any age. I remember him until the day before he died it was hard, him coughing up blood, my grandma,aunt, and mother crying. They still keep that side of him lingering on their minds. I see him happy, death is a happy time for someone that has suffered for so long.
