Yeah, yo can get in quite a bit of trouble if you try to hide your IP. Your ISP will be on your tail, Web-sites will be on your tail, And both may just delete their services to you because of this.

Ah, nice points. I haven't studied any of them very much, but they all sound pretty neat.I've heard of people saying that Tae Kwon Doe is the best, but I've also heard other's on the other sides. So, I don't know, I plan on studying them in the future.

My Inventions Please post your opinions on my inventions
JDameron91 replied to seez's topic in Science and Technology
Yeah, images would be great. The wagon seems a little bit crazy, but I don't know, cars may have seemed crazy to people before they came out. The others sound cool too. Don't be afraid to make things and show them to us, btw, they're cool. -
Nice, should help some of the newer users of PHP. I like how you brought out that echo(); and print(); do the same thing, that was something confusing for me when I started.

Ah, nice mate. Comments are great, and the code works awesome. I will be looking forward to seeing more of your tutorials very soon. Can't wait to see one on custom skins or something. XD

Obviously, rasing the age to get a gun won't do much to stop the killing sprees, but there should be more emphasis put on parents not allowing their kids to even get close to guns. Lowering the stress level will do much to help solve this problem, less stress, less killing...I think.

I don't know a lot about the Mayans, or prophetic events, but I know that I was a little bit upset about the world not ending on Y2K(2000). And on June of last year. However, there is always that chance that the Mayans were onto something, maybe that's the date that humans meet the outside life, maybe it's when war ends. I don't know, but I do think that something will happen on that day.

Need Opinions On New Home Page!
JDameron91 replied to PlugComputers's topic in Websites and Web Designing
Nice, the individual listings are very well done. They contain a lot of information but are not crazy jam-packed. What program do you use to program your site with? Notepad? I've been looking for a good program to use, but haven't found a nice one yet. -
Wow, you really do "learn something new everyday." I didn't know that. And was just about to search for a tutorial on it. XD Anyways, nice, short, sweet tutorial. I look forward to any of your others.

Opera Vs Internet Explorer! OPERA VS INTERNET EXPLORER
JDameron91 replied to jimforever's topic in The Internet
I like Internet Exolorer the most, I used Opera for a while, but it made me very...deppressed let's say. FireFox is alright, but it made my anti-virus software go crazy everytime I used it. I haven't really used anything else, I like Internet Explorer for being able to make a .html/.htm file and just double-clicking it and it working like it was hosted. I do not know of the other's doing this. -

Need Opinions On New Home Page!
JDameron91 replied to PlugComputers's topic in Websites and Web Designing
I really like it; The blue goes great with the black. The only thing I can suggest would be to make the content a little bit wider if at all possible. But other than that, it's great. I do agree with you, having the computers and offers on the very first page is very attractive, it caught my attention. xD I may even look into buying a computer from there. XP -
Hello, I have recentlty ran into a problem on my website: When a user logs in, it adds him to an active users list in the MySQL database, but if they don't click the "logout" button, and just leave the site, it keeps them in the active users list forever until I manually go into the database and take them out. I heard from a friend that you could use AJAX to find out if the user is active, if he's not and he stays inactive for a certain amount of time, then it will take him out of the active users list. So I go to learn AJAX because all of the other languages I know are easy, this was not so with AJAX; I can't even make a working request to the database! So what I need is a way for the user that exits the site without clicking the "logout" button to be deleted from the active users list. I would be very happy if you gave me a code, tutorial or even refer me to a helpful site about AJAX. All and any help is greatly appreciated. =]

Smart Shower Open it to see the amazing smart shower
JDameron91 replied to BooZker's topic in Science and Technology
Ahaha! I'd love that! Like, I would like it like this:JD: "Shower, on."Shower: "Shower is now on, adjusting your tempuature."JD: "I'd like it a little warmer today."Shower: "OK, your tempuature is now <temppuaturehere>. Is this fine?"JD: "Yes, please give me Mega Soap."Shower: "Done."JD: "Now, get my EX GF to like me again."Shower: "Done sir."JD: "Thanks, now to eat!"Shower: "Here's some potatoes."The last are just jokes, but that would be cool. I wouldn't get scolded byt the shower everytime I use it. And it could auto-change the temp' when someone flushes the toilet or turns the dishwasher on. And it could tell me when the soap's out, and close the curtain for me. :lol:Although, I do not see any of this happening anytime soon, it would be cool, and I'm looking foward to it. =D -
This is an interesting topic, I personally don't use nor agree with drugs. But I do think that is everyone's right to using them or not. You can see the harm drugs can do though, I mean even with drugs for headaches. As a matter of a fact, my uncle overdosed on Ibuprofen, passed out for 6 hours till his mom got home. Drugs are dangerous, yet they can help you deal with life. You just have to decide for yourself what's right.

Is Homosexuality Right Or Wrong? your views
JDameron91 replied to wakelim's topic in General Discussion
Nice posts, Joshua. :lol:And, ciroxyz, we as Christians are Christians because we want to follow the faith, not because Jesus told us to. God has given us free will and we are using it by being Christian and not Hindu. If you were to look into our religion a little further, the religion of Christianity, you would see that there are a lot of things that we decide for ourselves. Such as celebrating certain events, it's all about "making the truth your own." I'm not trying to come off hateful here, but we follow certain Bible guidelines because we want to, using our brain. To know why Lot had intercourse with his daughters, you have to read the scriptures AROUND that verse. I will not go into explaining this due to time and becoming offtopic; But if you want the answer to that scripture just let me know, I'd be glad to help you understand it. =]Now, I'm not going to say that Homosexuality is wrong or right or that you should/shouldn't agrre with it, I just don't agree with it personally because of my beliefs in the Bible and what IT has to say, but I will say that it does make me sick to think about it. =( It is possible to live 600 years or so, back in Bible days, so if you could explain to me why you think it's NOT possible, biscuitrat, then please do so. I know it is because if you look down the family line, you would see that from as far back as you could tell down to now, people started to die at younger ages. I know this because I researched my family line. Please don't take any of this wrong, just debate with me. =D -
A Highly Controversial Topic: The Death Penalty.
JDameron91 replied to UnheroicHero's topic in General Discussion
Oh yes, I definetly believe that there should be a death penalty. What I'm saying is some people just WANT to go to jail to get away from life, if they are a killer then you can't have them having a decent time getting DISCIPLINED! That, im my opinion, is where the death penalty should take place. Now, it's hard to determine when the person is enjoying jail, so you have to take close observations which isn't usually possible. Set aside fron that, a killer who kills fro no/bad reasons should be killed, just as was so in the Bible. The person killing him isn't a cold killer, he's just stopping that man from killing someone else, "a life for a life."I don't see what everyone's problem is with the death penalty, I mean, you're stopping a killer, and it's not like the person killing him is going to kill an innocent person. I am a firm believer in giving what's given, in this case, death. Some people though, need to just be put in jail for life, because the death penalty could be a way out for them, like if they had a mental problem or such. Life in jail and the death penalty, both are the same in the end, but for different people. So yes, keep the death penalty, it's working very well and people shouldn't be concerned with how killers are being killed. That's my opinion though, so scream at me if you want. -

Yeah, I used Norton for a while, when I didn't know much about viruses, spyware etc...I hated that dang thing, I couldn't open certain files, play music or anything else AND it took a lot of my PC's performance away while it was doing "Cleanup checking" or whatever. It's expensive, inefficient, and very unreliable.Heck, I could use Mcafee 99 and be doing better than Norton 2007.
