Recently my dad purchased a computer with vista installed on it he has had it for about 3 weeks then all of a sudden yesterday he goes on his computer and it is telling him he needs to enter a product key number so he does that then it goes to another screen telling him to enter a longer product key does anyone know how i can fix this ?

ok so alittle update if any of you care i just got the laptop to today and then i bought the hard drive its a 60gb hard drive and then i have 512mb ram and i plan on putting linux un it mostly becasue it is a lot cheapier than windows and i wanted to give it a shot but that all for now

if i were you i would just get windows on it forget linux

Recently i purchased a cheap laptop and without a hard drive and i am buying that an then putting it in i was wondering if it was a good idea to keep doing it fixing computers has always interested me and what i am planning on doing is buying cheap laptops on eBay and then refurbishing them to make a small or larger profit , tell me what you think do you think that i should give it a shot or is it just a waste of time and money.

ok so i just bought a cheap latop and it has no hard drive i bought it sprt of to fix it up but i was wondering if i had to get a specific hard drive or can it just be any kind of hard drive also i don't know if i can put a new processor in it or if that would just ruin it can you give me some help, thanks.

i went to a private school but we didn't have a dress code or anything like that it was just small than other school. there was only 100 and some students in k4-8th grade and it was ok the kid there were kind of d-bags though

Ok so i have been using html for about two weeks and i was wondering what PHP is and if there is a website that you can go to, to learn it. I heard that it is better than html but I'm not really sure.

just to learn the basic html it will probably take you around two weeks depending on if you really work on it or not about two weeks ago i started out learning it without any previous experience with it and so far i have learned alot its really not that hard once you start it.

Well i have the image up there and it work the problem was that when i put my links and stuff on the left and them i try putting other text in the middle when i do that the links move down a separate, and i used paint to make this if that makes a difference(idk)

Ok so i just started learn html about a couple of weeks ago and i make a background image using this code: <style type="text/css">body { background-image:url("http://img.photobucket.com/albums/w59/tuhyd/backgrounds.jpg"); background-repeat: no-repeat}</style> and i am having trouble putting my text on the top in the center becasue my links are on the left every time i try and move the text up it moves the links down and separates them and i don't know what to do.
